Heard about this place and gave it a try. First off, people here look like they don’t want to do their job.. the only happy person seems to be the cashier at lunch time ??‍♂️ either ways I ignored it and just began to eat my food.. not too far into the meal, I found out these wings were actually undercooked even the fries were an extremely undercooked and very cold. I ended up throwing up for a whole week and 4 days, couldn’t do anything at all.. terrible place, terrible workers.. it’s better and cheaper to go to McDonald’s never eating wingstop again. What’s the point of having a manager if he or she isn’t doing anything to improve the satisfaction of customers ??‍♂️

Please teach your employees that a customer can get many flavors if the customer is willing to pay. Placed a large order and asked the girls to repeat it and they repeated it super quick not telling me which are classic or boneless. This place is very unorganized compared to how it used to be when it first opened.

My husband bought these chicken dishes and they gave us the food all dry without any sauce and we called because it's not the first time and there are a lot of kisses and one doesn't care but apart from the fact that they make us wait a long time, they also come out with these nonsense and I spent more than 65 dollars and the only thing they knew how to say was sorry that we came back with the order so that they could put sauce on them and that apart from the gas, the time to make my children wait for the food and just to go and have them make their I work well when from the beginning they would have to make the food as they should be made

We ordered food with the app and one of us went to pick up the food. Among the order was a large order of fries for myself. And this is what i got. As you can see in the photo, i could only eat half the order because rhe other half was either burnt or overcooked. i was told that the fries are really good at Wingstop so i gave them a try and i got this. Very dissapointed. What a waste of money. Im just gona stick to McDonalds or JackIntheBox fries.

The manager was impatient with multiple customers ordering. I waited in the store for 30 mins after ordering an hour prior, they said they were waiting on my fries. I asked again and they handed me my order after it sat on the counter without announcing my order. The manager decided it was a good idea to get into a verbal confrontation by telling other customers that people have been impatient and airing his frustration with his callouts to the next customers. Whoever is the closing manager on 12/26 should not being working with customers due to his inability to lead his team and provide customer service. Spent plenty of money at this location and never had a problem till the manager tonight.
