I thought the food here is pretty solid. I ordered the turkey burger with fries and a drink. The turkey burger goes for $9.49. It's only sort of mid sized, but it was good and has some interesting things on it. For $6.50 you can add fries and a drink, and they give you a generous portion of fries. You order at a window in front of the place, and then wait for them to cook your food. The seating is outdoors only, which can be a problem if the weather is not nice.

For what is it, this place is delicious! It's a great addition to the country mart and is reasonably priced. Food was ready fast too. I got the hot dog & fries. Will definitely be a fun spot to get food from over the summer when heading down to the beach!

This place opened over the summer. I heard mixed reviews from others, and I finally decided to try it tonight. Big mistake. I ordered two cheeseburgers -- one with bacon and the other with pastrami and grilled onions. Also, an order of cheese fries and an order of plain fries. With the exception of the cheese sauce, which had no flavor, everything tasted like salt. Salty pastrami, salty bacon, salty burgers and incredibly salty fries. Also, the sandwiches were flat like someone had smashed them down after putting them in their wrappers. I recall an early episode of the original Star Trek where there was a planet of creatures that drained the salt from people's bodies to survive. Those creatures would thrive at Irv's Burgers. On a good note, the service was fine.
