“Jan 2024 —I have pho about 5 times a month. This spot was a pleasant surprise — it’s the best CA pho spot (at least by ski town standards) to the east of the LA. I liked the steak pho, the spicy noodles were ok — would have liked a spicy wide rice noodle option instead. 5 stars overall.“

“Since moving to Mammoth back in August, I have been very disappointed with the dining choices. Elixir is fabulous! So happy to finally find such wonderful flavor profiles. the chicken on my salad was very well prepared and the smoothies were outstanding!“

“Very convenient being right next to Mammoth Mountain. A good spot to go to for lunch or after a full day of snowboarding or skiing. Service was very fast and the vibe of the place is homey. Food was great, I had a roast beef sandwich paired with an adult S'mores hot chocolate. Broccoli and cheese soup was great as well. Thanks once again Yodler restaurant!“

“Such a great place! The German theme food is delicious. Plus they have savory steaks and chops. Both the bar and restaurant aren't large but nice and cozy. The servers have been there for years and they are so friendly and welcoming. A must visit if you're in Mammoth!“

“The food was delicious! I got the Tonkonsu Ramen and added the chili paste. The passion fruit lemonade was a tad bit sweet, but still very good! My husband ordered their famous chicken bento box and the chicken was soooo good!!! Def getting that next time. The service was good too! They have Godzilla theme throughout the restaurant, which is pretty cool! Will come back again when in town.“
“I've stayed here many times over the years. It's totally Alpen kitsch, but I love it. If you're looking for the fancy experience next to shopping and trendy restaurants, don't stay here. Stay lower down the mountain in The Village. This place is classic CA, and It's one of the only hotels with a real bar and restaurant where the food is actually good and large. The rooms aren't fancy, but they aren't small. Also, they are each slightly different. Location is great for the mountain sports: across the parking lot from Canyon Lodge. While you can't ski out, many seasons you can practically ski in.“

“Amazing coffee shop in Mammoth village. Opens earlier than most at 6am. Grab and go warm breakfast options can also be made to order, made vegetarian etc and are super wholesome. Muffins and cookies and especially bread pudding for sweet treats. Happy hour deal on drip if you bring your own mug!“

“I eat here way too much. My favorite meals are the quesa birria tacos- you HAVE to try them, and the shrimp ceviche tostada (I usually swap the tostada for just tortilla chips. And the horchata is so so so good!!! I recommend to anything that is needing a quick, cheap meal.“

“A hit and miss - one day - amazing, another day - meh. This is my usual go to when in Mammoth given it’s healthier than other places around, and on one of the days would have a great wrap while most recent wrap was terrible, I guess it depends on who’s on the shift.“

“We had the lamb burger and the lamb and potato curry tonight and both were amazing! My husband and I both agree it was the best curry we’ve ever had. Wonderful welcoming atmosphere and personal touch from Tina! We love Dish Bistro!“
