Chili's is a chain and there are quite a few of them. This one is located in Manhattan Beach in a cute strip mall. It is right off Sepulveda behind the Olive Garden. Parking is free in the lot and there is a lot of parking. Sometimes the wait can be long, so I would call ahead and get on their wait list.
