I've always been happy with this location. I think Panda is a well run company, and this location is consistent. Today's observation is that I noticed their boxes have gotten smaller. The two compartments for the entrees are now only about 20% the size of the whole box so there is less entree and mainly the carbs. The box's overall size might be smaller too. I don't really mind because it looks like they chose to reduce portion sizes instead of increasing prices. Subtle but noticeable.

I came about 30 min before closing and was so extremely pleased with my experience and my food. Alexia helped me and she was amazing and provided excellent customer service. She was super sweet taking my order and even asked the cook if they would make more chow mein for my order. The location was clean, I got my order quickly. Thank you!

Horrible service cashier was so rude told him I wasn't ready then he gets upset side comments then when I was ready he walks away start doing side work I was standing there waiting and never once offered my brother soy sauce or any of that when he rung him up what kind of establishment is this never ever coming here again horrible service if I had a no star that would be for this location his name is Adam
The food was good, the usual fast food taste. I ordered to go bcoz I’m in a hurry to get home and to my disappointment when I’m ready to eat I found my beef broccoli was all broccoli and 3 little pieces of beef. Don’t put beef broccoli in the menu if you’re only serving broccoli. And the portion of Plus was not even Plus they get so stingy. Are they cost cutting. I don’t mind paying extra but give us what we deserve.

We had just landed at LAX and we are from that area but we have not been there since 2018 and we wanted to eat and I saw there was only like a couple miles from LAX. It was 1045 in the morning we are so pleased with the food we dined, and it was fresh fried rice was wonderful. The chicken teriyaki breasts were unbelievable and the other things that we got, so I just wanted to tell you thank you we’re here and we live here in Florida. We went to a panda express on US 27 and the food was terrible. We measure all panda express by your standards and it doesn’t stand up thank you. I hope that we can come back and get the food will be just as good. Wonderful great place to be when we came in the morning. They were so many people coming in especially workers and the food you give a lot and that’s awesome. Keep up the great work.
