I downloaded sweetpass to get $3 off on my order. I went to the restaurant to place my order and the manager refused to give me $3 off because I did not order online. I clearly did not know and was checking out. The least he could’ve done is give me the discount and then tell me to do it online next time. Wow!

I am totally obsessed with Sweetgreens.I love that this team always provides excellent customer service. Crystal is my favorite and my daughter, Summrr also loves her & always talks about how nice she is! She always greets eveyone with a smile and i feel like my salad just tastes better when she makes it!! Perfect!The Manager (Evan I think is his name), is always friendly and approachable. He brings a great energy to the staff and it seems like they follow his lead!Keep being Great MB Team!

I met a friend at this location for the first time recently. It was really a good experience. The quality of food, service, & ambience were very enjoyable. It was very pleasant sitting outside.I've been to other locations & really enjoyed the meal.I enjiy going to this mall, as one feels like they're on vacation. :)I'll definitely be returning to try some of the other salads.
This a great place to have a wonderful variety of salads. The food is always fresh. The servers are quick to offer information about all the food. The place to eat the food is casual. The place also has outside sitting.

Always get greeted when entering by staff, never have to wait too long, and top notch salads/plates every single time I order. Staff is super friendly and helpful and they always have a sense of urgency to get my order completed as soon as possible which I appreciate.

If you have not stumbled into this culinary gem, you are missing out. The staff are absolutely committed to customer satisfaction. The place is clean and the food is priced fairly for good food. I have had their seasonal Spicy Cashew Salmon plate at least 12 times. It’s truly a hit for salmon lovers. My guests have tried other dishes, but that is my go-to dish. Hopefully it makes it on to the permanent menu.

Frustratingly inconsistent quality and service. I love Sweetgreen and visit locations wherever I travel. When my order is accurate, it's great. Too often, it's not at this location! When I order for pickup, I make sure to conduct my own "quality control" because too often ingredients are missing or portion sizes skimped. Quality of food can be a miss at times too. Wilted cilantro, stale sourdough, and a bug in my arugula are a few encounters. The staff seemingly don't care and make negligible effort to remedy the situation. On one trip, I ordered my usual, but the cold sweet potatoes were out, so I asked that they just toss in the warm sweet potatoes. Staff said it's extra, even though the only difference is it's warmed up...plus, it's not my problem you're out of stock! It wasn't an unreasonable request. Turnover seems high. The staff that remain are excellent and friendly, though. It's unfortunate, but I will avoid this location when possible.
