ZERO STARS: This location has a discriminatory business practice and is racist. I have regularly bought drinks from here and on the one occasion I was sitting outside working an employee came up to me and said the seating is for "customers only." There was a white individual sitting right next to me who also had not yet purchased anything and she was not asked to leave or given such unwelcoming service. And for them to have made an assumption that I'm not a customer is telling of their very lack of service and ignorance. For this very reason I will never again give Verve coffee roasters my business, nor will the company I work for. Shame on you.

I got oat milk cappuccino and a coffee cake muffin. The muffin and the oat milk foam were great, but the first few sips of coffee itself were too soar and bitter. The coffee lid is leaking, dripping from the cup when the lid is on.

Absolutely terrible and nothing like the other locations. Wildly slow and lots of confusion with clearly untrained staff about who is supposed to do what. My shot also sat for exactly 14 minutes (!!!!!), oat milk steamed for less than 6 seconds. Slopped together and voila $14 dollars for 2 watery, lukewarm “flat whites.”Cups are paper thin and lids leak and do not fit.

It’s a cool place to meet if you live in the area. Not worth visiting from another area just for coffee alone, including the usual parking situation for the beach community without the view. I got small latte and it was a mediocre coffee flavored milk. ?

Drinks overrated and service is beyond slow. Baristas are aggressive and will kick out anybody, irrespective of age and number of customers, if they are holding a Starbucks cup. I literally wouldn't not take the take out of my day to write this if it were not for the aggressive chair policy. Great way to turn off customers.

It's a good coffee shop in the right location.They got a good amount of pastries in glass box .The almond croissant is perfect very delicious, a bit crunchy.I enjoyed this spot.

In Short,It’s a good coffee shop in a good location.With a few more details,Coffee is good. Matcha Latte was good did not need to be sweetened.They seemed to have a good amount of pastries in glass box which protects it and looks good too. Only problem was it had a tiny bug flying around in it. Wasn’t a deterrent honestly. It happens.I tried the almond croissant. The paste inside was amazing and very delicious, but the croissant was a bit too crunchy and hard in some bites which made me think that it was a bit old. It was still good but the coffee and other factors it keeps this place at 4 stars.Decor looked clean and bright and fresh.Staff was helpful and friendly.I like the standing room area. Maybe add another standing bench like that outside too. Just an idea.Location was great for people watching or doing some work (if you find a seat) while being close to the pier and the beach or just meeting someone and hanging out.Also pretty central to grab coffee and continue walking alongside the green belt or boardwalk.Anyway I enjoyed this spot.

The cafe de olla is good. Keeps me happy lol and the palm sugar is good as well if you want a more milk tasting drink which i love oat milk so i dont mind it one bit. It's in the corner and you might have difficulty finding parking on the weekend but during the weekday there is street parking and parking in the structure on the next street right by it.

This is a great place to grab a high-quality cup of coffee, or even some tasteful merch! While there isn't much indoor seating, you'll often find patrons vibing outside. Prices are pretty typical for MB. I've been to a couple of their locations and I found this one to be the most inviting. There is a free parking lot a couple of blocks away. Park there instead of having to pay the metered lot parking MB is infamous for. Or, if you're visiting via bicycle or e-bike, there are plenty of places to park your vehicle.
