I went and bought a cheeseburger and fries and the service was amazing and the food was so good and the worker gave ma ketchup when I didn't even ask! That's some good service right there

Waited in line for 23 minutes before I even got to the order line, there was only four cars or five cars in front of me. People started to reverse and pull out of the line. There was nobody in the store being serviced. When I got out of my vehicle and questioned her she got irate and called the police on me. This manager working today on the 13th of August at 2:00 p.m. needs to be terminated immediately. They were not busy and the line weight was atrocious. Absolutely atrocious, and when I got out of my car, to see who the lady was shouting at everyone on the loudspeaker, she did the same to me inside and called the police. Literally called the police because she couldn't do her job. Disgusting

This place is horrible!!!All the food was barely warm. Limp fries. Drinks had almost no ice. When we asked for ice for our drinks we were told they were running out of ice and we couldn’t have more. We asked for the manager and was told he would not be there until the following afternoon. We asked for a refund and was told no one was authorized to do refunds.Stay away from this Manteca location!!!
