The people were very nice, and the server was just so kind and amazing. It made my outing with my parents very wonderful.Wheelchair accessibility: The staff helped open the doors to get in and out of the building. It is spacious and easy to move. They even moved chairs out of the way to accommodate me, which I am thankful for.

I ordered to go, and it was very quick. My daughter and I had a "Steak" night! It was very tasty and not expensive either. We will definitely Italy return!!! My advice, get the mo Ike app! They will send send you coupons you can use to get a great deal!Parking: There is a wide variety of parking spaces! This particular location is in a shopping center that is located within a mini mall.Kid-friendliness: Kids love Chilli's! Went here with my wife just to skip out on cooking dinner. Food is always fantastic and the service was great. It was busy and we were still eating our food within 10 minutes after ordering.
Have to say this was probably some of the worst service I’ve ever had…our waiter took our drink orders and only 3/4 drinks got delivered and he took a decent bit of time before taking our order. When placing my order I ordered another drink and requested no sour cream. When our food finally showed up, I instead had only sour cream and no pico which is what I wanted in the first place. We had to flag him down to request just a small bit of pico and ask about the drink we also ordered. He said he was on it….but in fact was not. He seemed like he was half asleep and didn’t ever ask us if we needed refills or anything else and I ended up not getting my drink until after everyone at our table had finished our meals. He ended up not charging for the drink but also never brought out the pico that was requested either. And not to mention that the quesadilla was soggy and I could have easily made a better one at home lol….honestly will probably never return as that was the biggest waste of money and an overall frustrating experience.
We came in 30 mins til closing & the service was still great!!!! I wish we got our waiters name!!! ?
