I felt sorry for the person working the counter. The manager stood around not helping. There was a long line. He should have helped. The restaurant was dirty. I feel the person working the counter deserves an apology from the manager.

1st time there and last they opened at 10:45 am but they waited and opened at 11? We walked in and I told the lady it was our 1st time there she said okay? With a nasty attitude we wanted the pastor she said we are out me thinking they just opened how can they be out already? Chips were stale and corn was completely frozen they sodas were all out of gas. Then a lady said ‘watch your portions I’m going on break and you won’t get nothing till I get back ‘ to an employee wow. Worst experience ever.

I really don't care for Chipotle but my Baby Grand was with me for Spring break week and he asked.I don't like the rice they offer so I got the steak bowl.Pinto beans (too much juice), steak, lettuce, onion, cheese and sour cream. Get it home and it's ICE COLD!!!!!!!??I zapped it for 1 min....luke warm....another minute and it was edible. IF I EVER go again I will build my bowl my way.Steak was seasoned pretty good I will admit, but still dissatisfied.

If there was another Chipotle location closer to me, I would go there. Tonight they had packed away all the food and were cleaning/shutting down over an hour early from the listed closing time. An employee working said they were cleaning, but could still make something and supposedly only had sofritas left. Time and time again, this location's customer service is subpar at best and extremely rude at worst. I've even tried placing online orders and end up waiting 15-20 minutes past the designated pick up time. Last time the employees didn't even acknowledge the group of people waiting on online orders. The customers had to get the attention of employees walking around. When I pay and order double meat, it looks like they give you less than a single serving amount. Very stingy with their portions. Not sure what kind of training the employees are going through or what management is doing!

Incredibly horrible service. I’ve tried to give this location plenty of chances… I don’t understand their bad attitude. ESPECIALLY when You are the one treating the employees with kindness and patience they return with snobby horrible attitudes. The guy at cashier curly hair skinny twig. Bro you’re not that hot. Don’t need to be cocky. I get it you had a bad day. Don’t take it out on customers PLEASE. Just no customer service ethic. Why? Anyway. Please chipotle the Manteca location needs attention. Also witnessed so many people walk in to pick up their order and nobody acknowledged them… which just caused a bigger scene because their food was there and they didn’t even bother to ask them what they were waiting on. Idk. That’s my take.

I've been going to this Chipotle location since it originally opened. Over the years I've seen a lot of employees, both good and bad.The best experience I've had till day was with Salman G. Hands down the best customer I've experienced at this location. Someone give this man promotion and raise asap.

I placed and order online.. when I went to pick up the order the soda machine was broken. They couldn’t give me a refund because it was an online order.. or just give me a different drink because the prices might be different.. then I went home and opened my bag and was missing items I paid for and the order was wrong. Very disappointing. All I was told was to call chipotle customer service…

Barely put any guacamole or meat on my burrito. If I’m paying extra for guacamole and meat they should put a lot. Tables were dirty, napkins were out, burrito was ripped. Overall below decent experience.

Chipotle is heading down hill fast in CA! They literally give you minor meat now, what happened? Ask for extra…. 8.00$ charge, guacamole 3$ charge. Your 11$ bowl is really 22$…with drinks and taxes 50$ for two cold meatless burritos! The service is terrible, not one person spoke English who worked there? Their prices are increasing monthly for less food, and it was all cold! The dining room is unstocked and terribly filthy, all the workers are irritated unhappy and underpaid I presume—terribly dirty dining room! Really embarrassed for you.

All I can say is wow... and not a good wow. We ordered from this chipotle before with doordash and it was over priced and the burritos were tiny and hardly anything on my rice bowl so I figured I would give them another shot since I've gone to other chipotles and have good food but this time I decided to go inside. When I got inside I notice the older lady helping me seemed like she absolutely hated her job, didn't want to be there wouldn't make eye contact and was just overall not pleasant. She put a tiny amount of rice in my rice bowl I asked her for some more she gave me a nasty look and a big sign and SLAPPED more rice on there. I mean slapped like you can tell she was irritated them something was out and she picked up the container that's in the hot water and picked it up over my burrito and dropped water into my burrito kind you it's dirty nasty water. I though maybe she is just having a bad day so I tried letting it go she pushed our food down to the next guy for the veggies she signs lousy finally looks at me and said where did he go? To get you something? Which he didn't but again attitude because she had to put the veggies on. I will NEVER go here again! I will drive out of town to go to another chipotle all because of this one rude employee. I'm not sure why she is working with customers and not in the back cooking or cleaning away from clients. I know I wouldn't want her around customers if I cared about my business.

Chipotle is a great service for me and my kids, especially me and my daughter she was sketchy about Chipotle at first but she now loves it just as I do. They make great food and especially their cheese, the cheese is great nothing more there that I love like the cheese.
