We heard good things about this place & decided to try it out. We were seated right away but after drink were offered, nobody came to take our order. We sat in the restaurant for 40 min. Waiters were coming in & out & no one came back to our table. We decided to leave and when we asked for the check for the drinks, they said they were free. This is really bad service and the first one I've ever experienced. Never returning. I decided to try La Estrella, it is a better Mexican food experience and the food is great. The ambiance and the service is great.

Took my daughter here the other day because I enjoy the food. Usually, we aren't in a rush but this time we sat for 25 minutes before our server came by to introduce herself. That is way too much time especially when she was chatting with the people next to our table, ignored us, then went and chatted with them by the entrance before heading our way. Super unprofessional. Someone else dropped off our food and after all the waiting I didn't even get a refill on my soda.I earlier had politely waved the guy who brought us our chips and salsa down and asked him to refill my daughters tea. Glad I did because we didn't see our server again until they dropped off the check. Not very happy about our server but everyone else was great and the food was good. Honestly, not sure I will come back again. Food was OK, but I have options closer to home that are about the same price and quality with much better service.

Food and service are good but nothing more that years past, however the prices are super high now. Used to pay under $10 for Chile Verde and now it is $20. I will not support this increase and take my family to other cheaper places now.

I ordered for pickup over the phone and the lady was nice but i did have to correct her on a few things more than once therefore I asked her to repeat my order to make sure everything was right and it was, i was then told it would be about a 40 minute wait. I arrived and was not greeted nor acknowledged with 3 employees standing right in front of me. I then was told my order was not ready yet and it would be about 5 more minutes so I then went to wait in my car. I then received a call from the restaurant thinking my order was ready i asked and the lady told me they messed up my order and didn't put any beans or cheese on top(mind you i ordered 4 bean cheese and avocado tacos with onion and cilantro) so i did tell her i would like it remade so i had to wait a little longer which i didn't mind. I thought that this would be a promising mexican restaurant with all the great reviews i seen as well as when I walked in, it was a smaller place but it was packedddddd! Everyone that i seen coming out had the biggest smile on their faces like they were satisfied with their meals! I drove all the way home opened my food and was confused as to why there was a side container of beans when i never ordered that so i figured it was something extra to be generous, i then open my tacos to find out there's no beans this little container of cheese is on the side, instead there's red and green bell peppers green and yellow zucchini onion and green onion as well as chopped onion cilantro and avocado so the side cheese and beans so for me to assemble it but i'm confused as to what i was called for because we discuss the remake! i then just tried to try the food but it literally fell apart every single one so i ended up having to assemble these sad nachos on my own using the side of beans and cheese and i didn't use the salsas it came with because those were also horrendous! overall i did not enjoy my experience or food and i'm still confused as to how they messed up bean cheese avocado onion and cilantro! and the food is expensive for just an enchilada platter 2 carne asada tacos and those 4 "tacos" it came out to 80$ which is insane because i didn't even get enjoy my food! i will not be coming here again.

Finally was able to try this place out. Had lunch here with my mom on a Saturday. Since we were in the area we decided to eat here. It's my first time trying this place and I enjoyed my experience. Service here is attentive and quick. Food is good and they give huge portions for the price. The complimentary salsa and chips were delicious. We love their chips here, tastes so good and fresh. I ordered the steak enchilada and steak taco as a combo plate that comes with rice and beans. The food here did not disappoint! Overall, great food and service!

The enchiladas are really good and have a good portion of chicken in them if you order them with chicken.I went on a weekday, and because the restaurant is kind of small, you might have to wait 10-15 mins to be seated. Which is not bad in my opinion.
