I normally don't feel that restaurants are bad. But I tried this place and it was so bad. The chow mein wasn't cooked well enough. The beef broccoli had zero flavor and the meat tasted like it was bad. The bbq pork looked under cooked and had no flavor either. The pot stickers tasted raw too. I couldn't even finish my meal. We took it just because we felt bad. It was so expensive for food that we won't eat. The service was great & the server was sweet. The cooks seem to have an attitude towards the server which was awkward. Definitely not going back and recommend to hit kittys kitchen which was closed and that's how we ended up here.

Monica and her kids are so hospitable and precious. We felt like we had come to her home! Jayse her daughter is so helpful and ready to serve! The food was generous and really good. We ordered Hong Kong Fried rice, fried zucchini, chicken curry and asked if she could make orange beef, as they have orange chicken. She quickly said "no problem"! It was so good too! Everything was made fresh and tasted like it! Portions are very generous and we had two more meals from our leftovers! They were just as good the next day. We found our new go to place for Chinese food!

Hong Kong has been in business since before I can even remember first of all and second of all they have got the best food and service and well mannered staff that I have ever seen. The establishment is very clean. I absolutely love their food- I would highly recommend Hong Kong to anybody. 10 stars!!

Staff were really cool. Very respectable family running this place. Nothing better than a good smile and great customer service. Food was hot and ready. Not a fan of the egg rolls or fried prawns. But everything else was hella good!!!! Atmosphere was kind of gloomy, need better lights inside. Overall I give them 4 stars and they are my go to for noodles!!!!

I tried this for the first time, and this is a very nice chinease takeout! Everyone is incredibly sweet, and my husband and I were very happy with the meal. If you have a chinease food craving, they do a great job. I looove the stemmed boa. We both got the pork combo plate and enjoyed the sweet cream cheese wontons at the end of our meal.
Came in on a Sunday after church. They opened at 12, but friendly enough to open their doors at 11:40AM for us.The service was great. Super friendly and accommodating. All smiles and super welcoming.Food was fantastic and we were recommended a local favorite, Salt and Pepper chicken, which did not disappoint.Definitely one of the best Chinese restaurants in the area. 10/10, will visit again.Wheelchair accessibility: Everything is leveled.

Coming from someone who lives in the Bay Area… I was quite intrigued and satisfied by this meal, and honestly it’s probably one of the best places in Manteca (other than the fact that Silver Chopstick right down the street closed down *me sad now*).Hong Kong Restaurant is hands down one of the better restaurants in the area — and their chefs speak Cantonese (by my observation). Their food was really good, and especially taken away by how crisp the salt and pepper chicken was! We also got chow mein and shrimp wontons. The chop suey was a little bland with the meat, but the vegetables were GORGEOUS and yummy and they made up for it honestly. ☺️They were very nice and accommodating, and constantly checked up on us to make sure we were okay. We definitely left the restaurant with leftovers LOL. Would I come back to this spot again? ABSOLUTELY.
