just ordered a thai tea and will never go back here again. no ice in my thai milk tea. and boba was hard. workers were too busy talking and giggling with airpods in their ears. not very helpful when we had questions. no straws on counter. just really disappointed i wasted my money here. wish i could rate zero stars but i cant. id rather poke my eyeballs out with hot dull pieces of iron before coming back here. whoever works a 3 o'clock shift on sunday should be fired.

I can never say no to a boba for a mini road trip! I ordered the Lychee Punch, because I really wanted the lychee jellies in my drink. The drink was very refreshing, had the perfect hint of tea but not too strong and the lychee flavor was great! The service was actually pretty fast, pretty standard for a boba spot! And the ambiance was very casual!

Service was average. Quick and efficient. The inside is clean. There's a claw machine in the corner and next to it is a table with games to play such as Jenga. Cute & colorful cloud designs on the walls. Ordered the matcha milk cap with boba. $0.75 extra to add boba. The drink was $8.50. It is kinda expensive. The milk cap taste like half-and-half milk. The drink tastes like what it's supposed to taste like however, it's a little on the sweet side.

Kung Fu Tea is in the Spreckels Park Shopping Center. This is a busy plaza, but I was lucky enough to get front row parking in front of the shop. It was bright, cute, and spacious inside as well. I was torn between the Kung Fu Milk Green Tea and the Matcha Milk Cap. I ended up choosing the milk green tea. It was not that great, it had a weird grainy taste to it and did not really taste right - it had this weird aftertaste to it. Overall, the drink was eh, but one of the employees was friendly as well as helpful and patient, hence the 2 stars, instead of 1 star.

Went there with the kids, ordered a coconut milk tea and it tasted horrible, ask the lady at the counter if she could make a different one because it didn't taste good, she refused and said I have to pay for another one , won't go back there again. If you want your business to succeed you need to make your customers happy. No Customer service.

This place is just a mess, constant staffing issues, they almost never get my order correct unless I’m watching the staff like a hawk, don’t even bother getting delivery because your drink will have mistakes. Half the time the boba is old and stale, and for such an expensive drink it’s almost never filled to the top (literally up to a quarter inch of my drink will be missing). Today was the final straw for me; I walk up to the door over 20 mins after opening time and a staff member walks out saying “we’re not opening until 12…sorry!”, and shuts the door. Didn’t offer for me to order online, no explanation of why they’re randomly opening an hour later…I refuse to waste my money here any longer. Oh and this is a franchise so it’s a systemic problem that will not be fixed any time soon. Good luck to anyone that decides to go here.

You have to repeat yourself multiple times when ordering just so you make sure they will make your drink how you ask for it. Even then after receiving my receipt I noticed it wasn't exactly how I had asked for it to be. I like my hot drinks hot not warm or cool and I asked the girl multiple times please make sure it's hot and when my hot drink was ready it was cool warm ? not satisfying, very disappointing. If you add cold milk to a drink but I ask for it hot at the least please warm it a little longer for it to be hot like the customer had requested. Please. Thank you. I also asked for less sugar 30% sweet level and it was on my receipt when I went to double check she's making it correctly she told her co worker, oh I can re make it. So had I not said anything I would have not received it like I had asked in my order. Again, very disappointing that you place your order and still have to hover just to make sure it's being made properly. It should be an enjoyable experience instead I come here and worry if they will make my drink correctly. My husband and ends up choosing the same drink over and over because he's terrified to ask for something new in fear they will not make it correctly. I end up ordering the same drink the same exact way for months before I change my order however I always have the same two toppings boba(bubbles), and chia seeds. I mention I like my hot drinks hot not cool or warm. Please just make it how I ask. I always order all drinks 30% sugar level. If I ask for less milk please make it that way. Have a great day! Please do better next time. A early twenties year old (male) made my drink perfect before, so when I go I expect it that way instead it's usually the girls who do not make it properly ? it's on the sticker just follow the instructions, it shouldn't be that hard. Right? Maybe stop being in such a rush or in zombie mode. We usually go and there is no one ahead of us or after us so I don't see why rush and make them incorrectly. If I'm spending $30 on boba drinks twice a week I expect them to atleast be made correctly that's all. I'm sure the store manager would agree.Kid-friendliness: Kids enjoy boba drinks or many other toppings to choose from don't have to settle for just boba.Parking: I'll be honest it's not always easy to find a spot especially on the weekend. There may be 1-3 spots open if you're lucky or you can catch someone pulling out. It's just too crowded in this little plaza location.Dietary restrictions: Milk is lactose free. They use lactaid.

I didn't realize the time and I walked in at 8:58pm. The open sign was still on and I was jet lagged not realizing the time difference. I apologized and was about to leave but they said they would take my order anyways. I felt so bad. But this just speaks to their service and they were very kind. Definitely tips what I could and will pay more attention to the time beforehand.

I've come to this location from Oakdale probably once a week for two years. The tea is good, but the last five visits have not been stellar. They keep leaving out toppings in my order or giving me the wrong tea. I brought it up the fourth time, but the girl just shrugged. It happened again today. It's a bit upsetting, because the toppings are each about .75 to .90 cents and I usually leave a $3.00 plus tip... which is way above 20%... so I'm basically paying for a full extra drink everytime I go in and they don't even make it correctly or give a d$#@ that it's been made wrong. Very dissatisfying. Example in photo. No Nata jelly... even though it's on the label...
