The sushi was an 8/10. Rolls fell apart and weren't rolled tight enough but were tasty. Miso ramen was pretty basic. The spring rolls were too mushy on the inside. But the service and quickness of the food was fantastic. Highly recommend the veggie rice with tofu ($2.00 extra charge).

Me and my boyfriend have been coming here semi consistently for a little over a year and we love it. best sushi in town. the staff is always so nice and we feel so comfortable there. definitely one of our favorite dates spots.

The service was nice and the atmosphere is pretty good. They have some outdoor seating. The food was acceptable. The price was okay. They have lunch specials and kids bento boxes.Vegetarian options: They were willing to remove the chicken from the Nabeyaki udon for me. There are a variety of other vegetarian options.

Waitress was nice, but management sadly refuses to run the AC in the restaurant for their customers on a 90 degree day. Strong, tough, fishy salmon in the bento boxes. Flies swarmed our food outside nonstop. Won’t be returning at a business that run things this way.

Super clean. They even wiped down the soy sauce bottles at every table after customers left. Tasty food. Yellowtail was super tender and yummy. Very fast service even when busy. Would recommend.

My first experience at Matsu Sushi wasn’t bad. We ordered the sushi boat was like a mini Titanic, except instead of icebergs, it was loaded with delicious sushi rolls! I was so impressed, I felt like I was on a sushi cruise. The fresh salmon was so fresh, I swear it was still doing laps in the ocean just moments before it was served. My favorite roller was Highway 99 roll. It was like driving on the highway of flavor, with fresh crabmeat and avocado as my trusty co-pilots. And that spicy mayo? Whew, it had more kick than a martial arts master.The miso soup was just okay. It didn't quite warm my soul like I was hoping, but I can't complain too much because the Vegetable Tempura was yummy. And let me tell you, I've been searching far and wide for broccoli tempura, and Matsu Sushi had it! It was so tasty and fresh, I felt like I was eating a garden. Just make sure you bring your appetite, your love of fresh seafood, and your sense of humor. And maybe a life vest, just in case the sushi boat sets sail without you.

Amazing service! I was greeted by a beautiful sweet young lady. I’m a picker eater and I usually don’t like to bother the waitresses about customizing my order according to my preferences but my waitress was so kind and patient enough to offer so many good choices and suggestions. Thank you Angie for the great service I enjoyed my food and how polite she was. You really don’t come across excellent customer service often! (Try the Mango Tango roll!!)
