I gave this McDonald's a one because you have to give at least one star. It took 45 minutes to receive my order. I asked for a manager after 40 minutes. The general manager Emilia was very rude and said, "You're not the only order with chicken nuggets. We are making 200 chicken nuggets right now. That is why your order is taking long". Five minutes later my order number was called after being slammed on the counter. I will not return to this location. This is the worst McDonald's in Manteca!

Prices of quality is down and food srunk for the price is not worth it my opinion I don't even know how they are still open with the pricesMight seem crazy but a good cheap meal go to the dollar store get a cheap pack of hot dogs an loaf of bread and their you go can't blame me with the prices

They have the audacity to demand a pay for 20 dollars but yet they’re to lazy to do the bare minimum work . I order an order online 30 minutes prior to 10:59am . When I got there, it was 10:32 and the employee told me that they can’t give my breakfast after hours . But yet the app accepted the order . NO CUSTOMER SERVICE , I’m hoping for every lazy one of you to get replace by a machine .
The employee working the drive through tonight did not listen well at all, completely missed multiple items and instructions, including no bun on my wife's burger (she has gluten allergy). I had to pull up and go inside to get the correct burger (while a couple workers stood around gossiping unprofessionally). Then when I got home I discovered more missing items and the Deluxe Quarter Pounder had no tomatoes, only lettuce and mayo. Overall terrible service from this location, I will never go back here!

Had to go in an get the rest of my order. Went thru drive thru shouldn't have to keep getting out to get my order right. Alot of people working but not paying attention to their customers in the front ignoring them not greeting. I work fast food too this is unacceptable.

Raised prices again. Example a cup of basically water (unsweet tea) was $1.80 at the beginning of the year now over $1.60. Both with tax! They cash in while the gov does also with the higher costs

Every time I go there, they always mess up my order. They never get it right. If I go through the drive thru, I have to park, go inside and have them give me my correct order. Or they give me someone else's order. And majority of the workers there do not have any customer service skills. The last time I was there, the young lady helping me had many pimple patches on her face. She did not look professional.Parking: It is located in a large parking lot.
