They charged me for a double transaction and they did not want to return my money for the order I ordered ($63) they wanted to return the money for the order they gave me ($fithy-ish) obviously the cheapest one responded that they could not give me refunds for the online orders I had I had to call the bank to cancel the transaction, obviously I'm going to call, they treated me like a stupid just because of my accent, but I'm surprised that they are English speakers and can't read English in the orders.

Food was good. Pizza came out faster than they said. Only thing I was not happy with was that they did not offer a single serve salad. Only offered an all you can eat for close to 20.00. Said they are getting ready for the minimum wage hike. No way in hell I am paying $20.00 for a salad. More than likely, I won't be back with pricing like this. Also had 2 beers at $20.00. I can do without a run of the mill draft for 10.00 each.

Worst service. I used to be a manager at a mountain mikes and i have never treated customers this poorly. Our party room was slippery and the manager and employees did nothing to help. We had our grandfather who is 80 fall and my 2 daughters fall also. Nothing was spilt either. Manager didn't want to give us a receipt for us paying our deposit and was arguing with my husband and i about how we never paid but we did. Pizza wasn't cooked fully. All around terrible service. I am trying to find the owner or someone higher than the manager to complain because yesterday this blonde woman gave me attitude and also was laughing in the back about me. I'm no Karen but this is uncalled for.

I would put zero stars if it was possible. Came here for lunch bouffet at 12, they barely had any pizza out. Lettuce was browner then me. They had paper plates. Lathrop Mountain mikes would never. They workers are not friendly. No ranch cups.

Go to Ferronis instead. They aren’t skimpy with their toppings & they gladly give you fresh homemade ranch! This specific mountain mikes doesn’t like to give fresh ranch & will fight you on packaged ranch. If you love ranch like we do you know the taste difference between freshly made & bottled. If im spending $30-$100 on pizza I better get homemadd ranch. & if I remove toppings from the combo, be generous with tge other toppings dont skimp those too. Just go to Ferronis & thank me later.

Ordered 2 half domes. Did not receive the chips that come with it nor was offered cheese and peppers. When I asked for ranch was told I'd have to pay extra. My order was placed and paid for online where there is no mention or option to purchase ranch. To top it off the girl at the counter was rude and pizzas were poorly made. What a rippoff. I will not be back to Mountain Mike's.

Ordered 2 half domes. Wasn't given the chips that come with it nor was offered cheese and peppers. When I asked for ranch was told I need to pay extra. My order was placed and paid for online where there is no mention or option to purchase ranch. To top it off the girl at the counter was rude and the pizzas were made poorly. What a rippoff. Last straw for Mnt Mike's, I will not be back. Ferronis is better anyway.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the food is expensive and in order to get a pizza delivery you MUST order $45 worth of food, not the total bill cost so I ended up having to order sides I hadn't planned on. That being said, the food was really good. The pepperoni pizza was literally covered with pepperoni with a good sauce on a thick crust. The sides I ordered were potato wedges - very good, and mini churros - so good! None of us could believe how fast it got to us, fresh and hot, and our delivery guy was super nice. Definitely recommend.

I would give zero stars if I could. Stay away. They stole $3.21 from me. The food was cold. They wanted to charge me 8.00 more to add pineapple. I couldn't even eat one piece. The employees were rude. When I called back to talk to the general manager Mo the next day she didn't seem to care. There is a reason they only have a two star rating. It's a franchise so perhaps this is the reason. We will no longer visit them and trust me we eat out two or three times a week. If enough people are fed up with them then maybe they will change or just go out of business.

Ordered a pizza and was utterly disappointed. Not only was the pizza drowning in an excessive amount of jalapeños, making it nearly inedible for those with a milder palate, but the service was less than satisfactory. It looked like the jalapeños had a party on it and forgot to invite any other ingredient. The staff was inattentive and displayed an unwarranted level of rudeness. Expected a pleasant dining experience but left disheartened. Won't be returning.

I ordered the chicken club with a 2 liter grape soda and oh my gosh it was so delicious. The customer service was quick and very attentive. Very polite staff and made sure to update me how long the wait was. Definitely recommend!
