The food was not bad. I love the food but it can be hit or miss! I usually get the shrimp and chicken teriyaki and I love the shrimp! Prices are pretty high for a plate! Service was great everyone working there seemed so sweet and caring! The store inside was really clean and looked nice!

Food was awesome, almost didn’t go because of mixed reviews but I’m glad we went to check it out for ourselves. We got the spam musabi and chicken katsu/bbq chicken plate and it was plenty for two of us to share. Delicious!

TERRIBLE Place to work, the manager, Ling treats it like a slave drive for minimum wage, and they've had many health code violations for under cooked chicken. Eating here is a serious risk. They've had several mentally unwell folks work here that you have to walk on eggshells around in order to try and feel safe.

Third strike and Ono is out in my book. Tonight I ordered online as usual. They made my order wrong again. I even did a re-order of what I order every time to make it easy. I called the shop when i got home and told them about my incorrectly filled order and asked if they could remake and deliver. Of course, the lady said no. I suggest the manager should have their staff open each container when the customer picks up or match up the online order to what they made. No more Ono for us.

Change back to me was .24, gave the employee a penny. I was then given .23 as my change. Why are brain cells not a requirement in jobs.
