I went there yesterday I ordered veggie sandwich the bread look like more than week old it need a electric cutter to make small pieces to eat because I normally eat burger any fast food no issues if I pay you the full amount of money without any discount why you serve old bread never come back again

Horrible food. They only have really thick bread for sandwiches which I asked about that I didn’t want thick bread. I told the women when the sandwich came and they said you take what you get- no exchanges. Very rude response. I had to eat the sandwich filling and everything falling out because I didn’t want the huge pieces of bread. I didn’t want a spicy soup and the vegetable soup wasn’t really even good- in the spicy side- I couldn’t eat that. . It was it expensive and I didn’t like any of it. I’ve been here before and it was fine. I’m not coming back again. The cashier should have known the menu better to advise me.

The sandwiches are delicious but the staff is very bad, especially the girl with curly hair has a way as if she were forced to work, very bloody and unfriendly.

Just skip Panera in Manteca. It’s the worst food. You might get some meat on your sandwich, but you’ll also get plastic in it. Don’t bother with the soup. I just had chili that also included a plastic string object. The food quality is terrible. Used to eat at Panera all the time but not anymore.

I gave one star because the service sucked as I complained about the way my south western sandwich was made as it didn't look appealing and the manager explained it to me as she picked away at me and showed me how it was made. I ordered a avocado bacon sandwich, and it was well made, and hardy. I displayed two photos one the southwestern sandwich, and the other avocado sandwich. As well I bought soup all for $32, and you would except it to be well made. I should of went to Denny's and payed the same price.

Went to pick up rapid pick up and my order was not listed on the electronic board. I reorder and found I made a duplicate order. They had my 1st order in the back. Refunded me and they kept the double tip. I think it's some type of scam.

They were a little slow and mixed up our order but when it came it was pretty good. The bread is excellent. We had a buffalo chicken melted sandwich and a pizza sandwich and the pizza one was much better. The French onion soup was alright, certainly not a traditional one with cheese on top but the broth was similar. The chili was good. I have been to Panera before and had remembered it to be better but it wasn't bad

literally has to be the worst panera. they are slow mentally and physically. i went through the drive through, asked for a bagel toasted. got to the window the girl said, we're waiting on the food. maybe a minute later she gave me the bag with the bagel. when i pulled out the bagel its sliced and toasted but cold. weird. the butter is also hard and cold and not spreadable. i turn around go in tell them the bagel is cold. the lady (spanish older lady black hair) says "what do u want us to do" i say retoast it or make me a new one that's warm. she then pointed to the microwave by the coffee (which is not clean btw there's like coffee splattered in it) and said i can reheat it myself because if they do it it will probably just be cold again. i've worked in food and restaurants for over 10 years and some of the workers here are embarassing need better training all around.
