After spending hundreds of dollars over the years here.. I show the manager a picture of the last pizza I took home. It was on skinny crust even though I paid for regular. He tells me there's nothing he can do about it.. what a slap in the face .. I get less of what I paid for and I get nothing. After being a loyal customer all of these years..

Really great pizza ! I recommend Papa's Favorite. I wouldn't give them 5 stars because sometimes their salads are not fresh! Other than that really great spot for pizza!

faced a very rude manager, Christopher had horrible customer service giving snarky comments the whole time and having an attitude while taking the order, he was very rude to his employees as well. He couldn’t have been overwhelmed because there were only two people in line. i hope the employees quit and find a job with better management.

Old meat, rude employee!I ordered a large Hawaiian pizza. I paid $12.08 plus tip. When I got home, I unwrapped it. The meat on my pizza was grey and it smelled odd. I took a tiny taste of one piece of Canadian bacon and promptly threw it away. I took the pizza back and told the employee that the meat was not fresh. He argued with me. He said he just opened the package and it was the same meat as what was out in the trays. I looked at the meat in the trays and it looked fresh and pink. It smelled good too. The meat on my pizza did not look or smell like that at all. I asked him if he wanted to take a taste of the meat for himself. He said he would refund my money but would not re-make the pizza using fresh ingredients. He refunded my card $10.99, not $12.08. I guess he thought he deserved to keep the tip for being rude? I will not be back.

Store is ran by children, no manager on site. Very rude when asking for ranch as if they were excited to say no. "Sir we only buy so much we can't give extra on the side"?? Sounds like poor inventory control. How long does ranch last in the fridge. Months??I go here 1-2 times a week due to location near work. Their pizza is very low quality compared to other locations but it is convenient. No longer will I go here. Blows my mind to be told no for ranch at a pizza restaurant*THIS IS THE ONLY LOCATION THAT DOES THIS. PURE LAZINESS*

Once upon a time I would have given more stars. I've been coming here for the past 10 yrs. Not every week but a few times per month. Usually for their 12.00 Tuesday special. I've not been to Papa Murphys in just over a month. Reason, last time I ordered a pizza, the toppings were placed on pretty sloppy , like someone was in a hurry or just didn't care... and the amount of toppings, at least on the convoy half, were quite sparse! Literally just a few pieces of sausage tossed on it. Just wasn't up to par. I get that the cost of everything goes up and if a business has to pay more for product then that cost is going to result in being placed upon the customers. Either by increasing the cost of their own products or decreasing the amount of what's served when it comes to food. However, what I brought home was BEYOND! I think the case here was due more to a sloppy worker. Workers/franchise needs to step it up! Keep your clients happy. Best form of advertising is word of mouth with a good reputation. I can't give recommendations based on my last experience.
