The drive through took 35 minutes, also I ordered 2 2 prices and only got 1 the fries were soggy the biscuit was burnt food was room temp and my chicken was sogg. o they didint give me a straw and only have me 2 napkins I had 3 people don't go to this location this is the worst experience I've had from a Popeyes also there was almost no sauce on my strawberry biscuit

I ordered a 6 piece chicken wings combo. I got 6 wings and a 1/4 cup of mashed potatoes with many a table spoon of gravy for almost $16. Quality not near worthy of that price! In addition the wings were tossed in sauce right as they were handing it to me so they sat in a puddle of sauce and got soggy before I could eat them! Won’t be back!!!

So I work in Manteca so I stopped at Popeyes in Manteca California Before I headed home to Stockton Ordered myself a 24 piece Of ghost pepper wings A large french fry and four biscuits Well when I come home I only Received 15 pieces Of ghost pepper wings Was not very happy I paid for that they should have gave me what I paid

Associate Genesic not very good at customer service. She seen my food sitting there to be put on a tray and she decided she would sit there and talk to someone for awhile and ignore me wait till my food to get cold.

Wildly slow. Whether it's a busy time or not, whether there's a line or not, seems to be consistently and unreasonably slow. Just waited 10+ minutes in the drive through and then after I paid was asked to drive around and wait for my food in the parking lot and waited another 15 min. Stuff happens, but this location is terribly slow everytime.

No customer service!!! Amanda one of the manager is very rude an she has no experience under pressure..Store got busy she turns RED an gives customers attitude.. Order never don’t correct I consistently be forced to throw away my sides or drive all the way back to the store and have them remake it which is an inconvenience to me either way.. this store has to have a franchise owner and not corporate for it to be ran the way it is .I’ve been coming back-and-forth to the store for over 15 years but recently it’s been terrible .I am not taking it no more..I asked for the District manager number an Amanda told me they can’t give it out.. which I have on video !!!

DO NOT go to this location if you like to have you're order correct and receive quality food. I normally avoid the Manteca Popeyes because they either always mess up the order or there is major quality issues, sometimes both. But tonight I wasn't feeling well and unable to drive to Ripon or Lathrop so I door dashed and it came to the lovely Manteca location. In typical fashion they messed up my order. Gave me the wrong drink. And half of my nuggets were filled with some nasty yellow stuff that tasted HORRIBLE! They didn't even have chicken inside (see photo). The rest was just hard crunch batter. Only like 2 had actual chicken inside. My 8-piece nugget meal was also supposed to come with 2 packs of BBQ sauce included as per their menu/order form. They decided to only give me one. Now I'm going to pray I don't get food poisoning. Spending an upwards of $20 on a single meal this is absolutely unacceptable! I hate this place.
