The cashier was very rude when I asked her to take freshly baked bread rather than old one. She gave me a very unpleasant look and said oh….we don’t serve the fresh bread and usually we wait 20 minutes after pulling out of the oven….Is that true?

It's Always clean & good, I only come to this location. It's the best I promise. I went there today 11/10/23 around 1pm. Once again the food was perfect and the girls at this time of the day were amazing. I promise you the food is fresh and good. I'm a very picky eater and expect the best of any fast food Co. And they never disappoint. Plz take my word for it. And they do take coupons. I don't ever post anything about a service. But in this case i decided to, after my experience with the subway by raley's off lathrop/ union, it was terrible. Just thought i would share is all. Take care everyone.

This place sucks!! I had a terrible experience at Subway in Manteca on Yosemite and Union. I was trying to order 2 footlong because I received an app notification saying BOGO 50% off. My app showed the coupon code but would not let me place an order. I went into the store and waited at least 5-10 because all the staff was making sandwiches for online orders. I noticed while i was waiting that none of the 5 employees working changed their gloves or washed their hands between cleaning, touching money, and everything else. I should've left at that point, but my daughter requested subway. Finally, I asked the woman if I could get that deal even though I couldn't order through the app The woman said they don't accept any coupons. I told her that I got the coupon through the app, and that's the only subway I go to. I asked again. If I can use the coupon and she shook her head at me6 tried to explain that the app isn't working. She said, "So, I don't care." I was shocked. Maybe if she said it differently, I wouldn't care, but she was rude. The other 4 women working just stood there. That is the worst customer service. Especially with so many other sandwich places in Manteca. There is Aroma Cafe in the same parking lot that is bigger, lower cost, and better with great customer service. Why would anyone go to Subway now.

Went in today, the store was spotless clean. Produce and meats were fresh and sandwiches were delicious. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Price is out of control but what isn't these days.

The three staff members who were working at Subway this morning, Feb 20, 2023, are to be commended for the excellent service they provided me. I placed a last minute large order (5 sandwich platters) that needed to be picked up one hour later. When I arrived, the platters were ready with all the condiments packed and ready to go. The staff who served me were kind and friendly. And the sandwiches were fresh tasting and delicious! These days we have many choices when it comes to buying sandwiches, but this experience confirmed that I made the right decision to buy at this Subway. I’ll be back! Thanks for the great service, ladies!

Based upon how friendly people behind the counter where I can see why they deserve their low Rating. Somebody in that restaurant or the owner is a very unhappy person and it translates to their staff somebody's making the workers life miserable no one is that unhappy.

New menu is just a different way to say we raised prices without changing anything else.The subs barely had any more meat or cheese than previous subs but cost double.We have a coupon for buy one get one half off and it was still $20 for 2 sorry foot longs. I'll never order online again, definitely watch them make it. I seriously doubt they put extra meat or cheese on it like the menu said.Subway used to be a great deal, now it's just another store raising prices without raising quality.
