I guess the customer service was kind a slow they ignore you then this girl she was taken orders outside and she was inside so she helped me on the kiosk I mean they should help people cause later the kiosk is going to be the only one working in there taking order

It’s seems like every time I try and get Taco Bell at this location late at night they are just lazy to make meals and offer you items that they are not required to cook. They say they “are out of cooked or grilled items” and offer you basic burritos. They seem to clean up earlier than the presented hours in order to not serve their customers. It has happened more than once already which is very disappointing!

Disgusting. They never serve fresh food. Tortilla are hard as a rock. I Literally got a potato soft taco 15 minutes ago and the potatoes were hard and stale. I ate half and I already have to go to the bathroom. You can't honestly tell me you did not know it was old food. My burrito even had hard stale rice in it. Taco bell gives you the shts anyway. Please take the health and safety of others into consideration.

If you're looking for a great Taco Bell come here! I just left the location and ate my food, omg this place is the real deal! They hook it up ! My bag was heavy, then when I ate I noticed my taco had a ton of meat and my burrito was also perfect! Whoever is making the food there right now as of December 2023 give them a raise! Maybe the best Taco Bell I ever been to, no lie! Thank you we appreciate great service! Not all Taco Bell's serve their food like this!

It was 11pm so maybe I was at fault for expecting typical tacos. What I got was not.
The hours on the door says 7am to 10pm. I'm here at 7:35am and no one is here. A little disappointed

1 star but I’d give 0 stars for one customer service is terrible no employee discount and the food was terrible there was a booger in my drink like ??? Was it because I asked for an employee discount??? Not sure I hate this store all the employees there look like their in recovery???

I got two freezes from this specific Tacobell and asked for an employee discount because I work at a local store and they told me no discount and I got the freezes but one had a hair and one had like a booger in it I was actually astonished because I have never experienced something like this before and horrible customer service.

Very disappointed visit today. First, you cannot order at the counter anymore, you have to place your order using a self computer station. We'll, I saw two people walk out instead of using the order station. Listen, this doesn't work for everyone, especially for the elderly. We placed the order, but it took a long while to navigate the different screens; it's not easy and it takes too long. Second, there is nothing out other than the soda machine, no ice, no napkins, so sauce or utensils and very impersonal . My as well be using a coin operated soda and sandwich machine, but no, I don't think they accept cash, must pay with debit/credit card only!!! I am not going back and I have a feeling from what I saw, others may do the same. Too bad company is replacing employees with machines and the service is taking a toll.
