Bad experience went to order and the person who was at the drive thru didn't explain cler and once we went in it was the same but with attitude getting asked "is this going to be a real order" but at drive thru we didn't place order because was told they have no bean burrito on a party pack we never gave a attitude or disrespect anyone I told them I know you guys make it because I use to work in Taco Bell and it haven't been years but ok we can get something else for the long trip so we went and ordered rice and bean burrito and they had no beans couldn't go back and tell them we were hrs away and didn't want to deal with any more attitudes

No matter what Taco Bell it seems to be, they always seem to miss an item or 2. It's kind of stressful. I could make it a lot less stressful by sitting there and checking the bag 3 times. I don't want to hold up the line, though. Which makes no sense because, at this point, they have forgotten at least 20 items in total. Maybe a lot more. Maybe I shouldn't go here anymore. The thing is, it wasn't a big deal before, but forgetting a $9 item almost every time, wooooah.Eating at home is a lot better. You can't forget to make an item you are looking to eat. Due to my inability to check the bag, I won't fault them fully. So, here is a 3 star rating.

Was told no refunds until Tuesday only general manager can do it. They totally skipped my order and 30 min later was so sorry for that. What a joke this Taco Bell is.

Really bad taco bell. Took a long time, food wasn't good (I really like Taco Bell normally), filthy. Only good point was one of the women behind the counter was very nice.

When I go to this Taco Bell I always order a veggie chalupa with refried beans and they always give me a black bean chalupa or a beef chalupa and I ordered a cheese quesadilla with tomato's and onions and they gave me a regular cheese quesadilla and when I ordered a deluxe box and chalupa and cheese quesadilla they took a hour.

Had a relatively large order, but nothing too crazy. Almost every single thing in the order was wrong. We asked for extra meat in the burritos and nachos, didnt happen. Asked for no tomatos on 2 of the tacos, so there were no tomatos on all the tacos out of the 4 that were in the order. We had a mexican pizza that was supposed to have sour cream but didnt. We had 2 chalupas that were supposed to have steak and instead of substituting the chicken they put beef in with the chicken. Taco bell wasnt busy and to have everything wrong is unacceptable.

I had been eating at Taco Bell for years and I love it! My absolute favorite menu item hands down is the nacho fries but it sucks that they're only in season sometimes...

The employees are pretty nice tbh they always mess something up and forget a taco or two but their friendliness is what keeps me coming back and they have happy hour my kids appreciate that ? the order takers and drive thru are funny and happy I enjoy their customer service over Mc Ds or jack or BK, del taco, and chic fil a. Taco Bell are the friendliest out of all! Honestly chic are college age that mess my order up. All the time. I enjoy their deluxe classic but stopped going because they forget one of my kids meals and it's sad we have to waste more time returning to fix their wrong.

Went to drive thru. Girl was taking orders on tablet about 30' before the menu. I asked if we can pull forward to see the menu. The girl said "I'm not allowed to because our timer starts when you pull up to it.So you can't see the menu so the manager can get their bonuses...
