I love this food and the place is delicious . I feel like they got over on me ! I was told last thursday was there birria special so I went this thursday super excited! Only to discover they charged me regular price !! After i left my co worker said she saw the birria special , listed all day . I was kinda dissappointed . I know they are trying to get a new building but i hope they arent doing it this way!

This is a MUST STOP taqueria if your passing or live in Manteca. I've been here 3 times when coming by to visit family. Everything is delicious and place is spotless. Today I had the Caldo De Res with handmade corn tortillas. Best tortillas I've ever had. The dish took me back to my childhood perfection.

Además, esto es propiedad de una familia y creo que todos los que trabajan allí desde el frente de la casa hasta el fondo de la casa son todos de la misma familia y. están tan felices de que entres que definitivamente te recomiendo que los pruebes ya sea para comer allí o para llevar! This place is the best for food that never lets the staff down. I have my dog Pancha and they welcome her with a smile that the owner of her dog can appreciate when someone treats your dog with such kindness. Also, this is family owned and I think everyone who works there from front of house to back of house are all from the same family and . they are so happy for you to come in that I definitely recommend you try them either to eat there or to take away!

It was alright food. not all that great. I enjoyed better. The wait wasn't long. Staff was friendly. Pricey food. I had a Chile Verde plate. My husband had a wet burrito green sauce. And my best friend had a menudo and lengua tacos . My opinion menudo had little taste and tacos whr bland

So delicious! We went through the drive through. For fresh Mexican food we didn’t have to wait too long. The churros are 10+ Better than Disney churros!

My partner in crime and myself drove by the place , Looked it up and was Excited about the menudo reviews We felt welcome as soon as we walked in , Order the Menudo for both of us and we waited not long and the waiter/ cashier guy brought it over We both got a weird smell from it as if the menudo was not washed properly Honestly we could not eat it , call the waiter guy over and discretely told him what the problem was I ask if we could get something else and he was very pleasing and said order anything else no problem so we both went with the green and red chilaquiles and just had a few bites and were done . Not bashing this place but was not satisfied with the food at all, tho the service was definitely good Have them 3 stars for trying to make us happy .. I will move on to finding good menudo and will post it Thank you for taking the time to read this review .. Happy eats

Went here with family and had Pozole and the food here is amazing!!!! Plus they have chips out for you to serve yourself. We used to go to Taqueria Manteca until they jacked up their prices and gave you a small amount of food for the expensive prices and then limit the amount of chips you can get which is 1 small basket per family. Unfortunately that place is not like how they used to be. We plan on coming here from now on. The prices are affordable and they give you a lot of food and they are so nice and always check to make sure you are ok. Something Taqueria Manteca never does anymore. Plus, this place has a beautiful look to it, the colors and paintings, and music and hand made tortillas! This is going to be our spot from now on! Gracias por la comida tan rico y una experiencia increíble!
The young man taking the order at the counter was not at all friendly. The only thing he really said was "what do you want" and "is that it" after the first item ordered....there was two of us.The salsa/hot sauce was watery.The enchiladas were cold and the cheese inside was still in shred form.Being new to the area, I'm trying new places....this is not it.

Food is ok, we like tacos and seafood soup, but music is too loud to eat there, only 3 stars for this.We used to go there when it was la Pina Loca, and loved it.

I must say I was a little hesitant. There were no cars in the parking lot and I've never been before. Boy am I glad I went. Their tacos are yummy! I am so picky, Mexican food is my favorites so I expect a lot. The young man who took our order was very polite and attentive. The salsa, excellent. Must try

Simple very good and delicious food. We ordered the quesabirrias which were very good, the consume(broth) that comes on the side was so good. We also ordered tacos de lengua(beef tongue), the meat was very tender and had good flavor with the cilantro, grilled onions and salsa for our drinks we had a michelada that came with double bottles of Modelo beer, nice refreshing drink only thing I don't like is when they add ice to the beer which in my opinion water's down the beer. But overall was nice place to have a bite to eat.

Quesabirria was good. Small regular taco size quesabirria but good. Service is good. Staff was friendly. Opens late enough for late dinner.2nd visit. Had the Banado, red & green sauce wet burrito. It's good. I liked it. Meat was tender and well seasoned.
