Customer service was terrible. Workers all looked really unsanitary. I was told wait would be 45 minutes ended up waiting an hour and 30 minutes. I understand places get busy but the communication and the way they avoid updating their customer with an eta on their food was really unprofessional. On top of that the food was cold and there was still feathers on the wings. Which I wish I could say this is the first time this has happened After speaking to the manager for a refund she was snobby after I asked why she couldn’t refund it to my card but instead she said I needed to go back into stores. This is inconvenient. When you live 25 minutes away and already waiting double the time you were told. Wingstop is officially off my list.

I have come 4 times the 1 food was not what I ordered 2 you see 3 bags with 2 orders each 1 the 3 Elda and waiting 40 minutes they did not change it the cashier insulted me it got wet I asked for my money anyway and it has always been the same cashier and the 4th on 03-23-2024 it was another cashier I asked for my order the very kind cashier told me that I'm going to wait 45 minutes well get in and see where the same chubby short girl came from again I had 5 minutes when she called me with my bag Savia wasn't mine, I take it out of the trash or from what I put together I don't collect the fried black potatoes the chicken is worse Eladio but I think I won't go to this place anymore I thought it was better I'm not enough to eat out at night Bad hopes but they crave the wings very hot the chips their sauce boats how delicious you look forward to returning but where ???

Being generous with 2 stars as their food is decent. However, as someone who has worked for Wingstop in the past the standards at this location are low at best. Watching staff stand around as there a several tickets on the line not being taken care of. Being quoted an hour wait time for a call in order on a Thursday night that isn't busy. Staff are all over the place and tickets are not being prioritized. "Aces in their places" was a big saying when I was employed with wingstop, apparently this location doesn't believe in that. Will not be ordering from this location again as this is not the first time this has happened. Unless you are fine with ridiculously long wait times I don't encourage others to order from this location. Doordash is fine with this location but ordering directly from them or calling ahead has been extremely disappointing, please do better.

Sometimes yeah I get food from wingstop that’s isn’t so great and sometimes it’s so yummy. But today oh my…. First thing noticed was I didn’t receive any of my sauces I ordered and paid extra for. Than my fries. Were raw!!!! And most of them weren’t even cut all the way. My chicken tenders were soggy and limp. Weird right. Ok there was my rant thank you for listening.

Tonight I ordered 10pcs lemon pepper classic wings and 8pcs garlic parm bonelss wings . Well I called to explain that the garlic parm boneless wings had NO garlic parm seasoning. Kylie immediately apologized and informed her Supervisor Mrs. Maria; who said to give me a discount on ny next order. That people is what we call professionalism and great customer service! Also how you gain repeat business!!!! Thanks to you all!!!

I order regular fries and veggie sticks with wings,when i check my order at home just wings and sticks were inside bag ,didn’t provide fries after long time waiting but charged full price,shame on you

I ordered online, waited the full time frame they quoted me to pick it up and waited an additional 60mins on top of that. I get they're busy and have a lot of orders but there needs to be an update to the estimated time to pick up the food so I'm not sitting in the fly infested seating area.
