This was an anniversary visit to Ruth's Chris, which we were eagerly anticipating. Upon arrival, we were greeted and checked-in for our reservation, but informed that we would need to wait (a total of 30 minutes) in the lobby for a table. When asked, the hostess said they are full but "the system"(OpenTable) keeps taking reservations and there was no way to shut it down. Once seated, we were placed in a booth by the windows which had vents blowing icy cold air. After asking a Manager, this was turned down/off. Our busser was amazing with bread and water refills and maintaining the table. Our server was just ok... a.bit snooty and borderline obnoxious with his responses to everything we asked. Just bad vibes throughout the meal. Food was delicious and nearly presented. Items were fresh and if was evident butter was oozing out of everything (filet, potatoes.) Not a low-calorie meal, by any stretch of the imagination! Overall, this was a satisfactory visit. We've had better experiences at this location, and I hope this was just a one-off. We'll be back.

My experience at Ruth's Chris was exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service provided by the staff. The manager, Ben, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Our server, Damian, was knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly throughout the meal. Additionally, the bartender, Princess, crafted delicious cocktails with skill and creativity. I highly recommend dining at Ruth's Chris for not only their fantastic food but also their wonderful staff who make every visit memorable.

Awesome dinner. The steak was the tenderest and the best I have had in a long time. The baked potato was huge and tasted wonderful. Service was spot on and we were completely taken care of. Great experience.

We went here to celebrate my husbands birthday. Our waitress started by sprinkling Happy Birthday Sparkles on the table. Fun and not over the top. He loves a lamb chop and this one did not disappoint. I enjoyed the stuffed chicken breast and creamed spinach. Our son (vegetarian) had the artichoke dip complemented with some spinach. We also enjoyed a Makers Sour from the bar which was delicious. The service was fabulous and we ended with the Crème Brûlée. All in all a great meal. We appreciated the subtle way that the staff did not sing or make a big deal about the birthday. Perfect for my husband who does not like to be fussed over.

Words cannot express how DELICIOUS the food was. Went on a Saturday and 2 days later, I still can taste the food on my tongue. We were celebrating my boyfriend's birthday and it was TRULY the best place we could have gone. There is a sweet potato casserole that YOU MUST try, sweet warm, and Heavenly. I am so glad we decided to go here versus our other choice. EVERYTHING about our dinner date celebration was PERFECT. Everyone from the busboy to our server Dustin was phenomenal.

My husband and I dined here for the very first time during happy hour. We were able to seat ourselves right away and although having to wait 10 minutes for the servers to arrive, when they did, it was a pleasant interaction. We were given great recommendations and the overall experience was nice. I also experienced an issue with my food and the staff went above and beyond in rectifying the situation. The food was tender and very tasty. We most definitely will be returning in the future.
My husband and I was celebrating our 43rd anniversary and our adult children gave us gift card a to treat us with our dinner she called and made our reservation for 7:30pm and we arrived the lady told us if we are paying by gift card they are not accepting them because their system has been down all day, and we can leave or we're welcome to stay. We told the lady no one even mentioned to us about the system was not working ? SMH!!when we made the reservation. She had no reply. It was late and very cold and windy that evening so we went on and stayed for dinner and paid out of our pocket. That was so disappointing of Ruth's Chris staff not informing people before they arrive especially when you're speaking with them live on the phone making a reservation and the food has went down a notch from the last time we ate there.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. We were visiting from Michigan and this was one of the best experiences we have encountered with a large group. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was top tier. We would definitely return to this location.

I love a good steak and Ruth Chris never disappoints. I had to cowboy ribera and it was like eating butter. It was so tender and flavorful. My waitress was absolutely amazing. We definitely had a top tier experience.
