Had the Cubano. Nothing Cubano about this sandwich. It was a greasy joke. What the hell was the ciabatta bread??? Greasy assed pulled pork that was oozing grease. Didn't recognize the Swiss cheese nor the pickles. Unfortunately I took it to go and got too far away to give it back to them. Very disappointing. I won't be back. Jack In The Box is better and it's right next door The wait won't be half an hour either.

You know the sandwich is gonna be good when you see the cheese and meat in its own block. Sandwich for breakfast, lunch and dinner, yes. I've been here a couple of times and it never disappoints. I'm a Ruben type of girl but this most recent time, ordered cape cod. Who doesn't love the taste of Brie.... in a sandwich!? They put a hefty amount of meat in your sandwich which is awesome, I personally couldn't finish the other half of my sandwich. The owner really cares about putting locals first. Look at the local vendors showcasing their work on the shelfs. I can go on and on but honestly just try the sandwiches and let me know what you think Two thumbs way up

After hearing many good things about LOCAL, I finally had the time to check it out. The sandwiches were tasty!!!! I ordered the Hot Italian and also got to try their crispy chicken sandwich as well. At first, I wasn't sure what to order (everything sounded super good) so Marcus (the owner) recommended the Hot Italian - one of their most popular subs. I'm glad he recommended it! The pesto sauce and arugula really are the icing on top with this one. The crispy chicken was also tasty as heck too. Marcus was also very friendly! You can tell he really loves what he does - making people happy in the best way possible... through food! I love how he also has artwork for sale from local vendors. It was awesome being in an environment that support artists in the local community. The vibes were immaculate. I will definitely be back! Can't wait to try the other subs on the menu.

never going back! owner was rude, he said he hates making the schetzel sandwich, its the worst thing on the menu and we went Regulars he didn't feel bad he didn't have any! We have tried 4x and this was the last time ever! if the gentleman was kind we were going to order something else But after his little rant. Nope if its the Worst & You hate making it TAKE IT OFF YOUR MENU! Sorry we were trying to keep our $$$ in Marina we went to MAL"S in Seaside! DELICIOUS N FRIENDLY STAFF

The wide variety of both hot and cold sandwiches with the freshest ingredients is one of the reasons they deserve 5 stars. Marcus, the owner is personable, professional and always makes a delicious sandwich. The Reuben is absolutely incredible, and the portions are generous as well.Therefore, Locals is my #1 go to when visiting family in Marina!

Me and my boyfriend decided to try out this place because we are new to the area and it is hands down my new favorite sandwich shop. Great service and excellent quality of ingredients :) They also have a bunch of different goods for sale from local artists!
