This Mountain Mike's in Reservation road is the dirtiest and filthiest pizza resturant that i have visited . There were flies all over the tables a bad smell . The pizza that was already made was first tasted by the flies . Very poor customer service the girl on the counter was very rude that no one could even like to her . We went for dine in but the flies the dirty carpet thw filthy walls made us sick and we told them to pack our pizza . We waited for our pizza 45mins to get ready and we went to ask where is our order they told us its in the warmer and give us the cold pizza . When we told them about the dirty tables flies and dirty carpets they said they are doing some refurnishements .but resturants like this should get locked and closed because its unhygene and very dirty .

I came in at 12:40 on a Friday for the lunch buffet... while ordering I asked if it were possible to get a simple meat pizza with out veggies on the buffet the worker told me they make what they make and that they don't make pizza if they aren't needed. I asked if they did have to make more if one could have plain pepperoni... no great response after eating a salad and waiting an hour 2 more pizza are brought out that are almost identical to what was already on the buffet (covered with olives, mushrooms, green onions, or artichokes). How hard is it to make a simple pizza...? Not a great way to spend $20. The lobby also had flies buzzing around in the middle of it as well. I will not be returning to this location.

I'm a REGULAR.I'm here on Tuesday evenings.I'm usually very happy with my pizza.A couple of months ago, I received an overcooked pizza, and staff made a new pizza for me, and I appreciated that.Again, I'm a REGULAR, and I'm usually happy with my large Pike's Peak w/pineapple.Today, 1-16-24, I'm not happy.The dough was different.The toppings were sparse.The dough tasted different.And I wasn't happy.I'm very particular about my pizza, and THIS IS WHY I go to Creekbridge, Marina and Davis road because I enjoy the flavor of the dough, hence the flavor of the pizza.today, the dough was different and i was not happy.

The previous reviews of mountain Mike's Pizza made me very interested in visiting this place. There was almost the same amount of one star reviews as there were five star reviews.Without a doubt this is definitely not a one-star Pizza parlor. The service was great. In particular Tess was amazing and super friendly even on a chilly Thursday evening.The pizza was good and served quicker than estimated.All the toppings were fresh and tasty. The dough was a little too crispy for my taste but delicious nonetheless.It's in a shopping plaza so that's the reality of the atmosphere but the place was certainly clean if not a bit chilly inside.This a solid 4 out of 5 stars spot.

If I could give this place zero stars, or negative stars. I would! Four of us "dined" here and had the lunch buffet. When we arrived, it was about 12:45. There was not even 1 pizza on their buffet but they told us that more were coming soon. So we started with salad & sodas. Although other pizzas kept being served, it took at least 30-35 min for one pizza to be brought out for the buffet. And compared to the pizzas being served to the tables, this pizza , and a couple that came out later, were pathetic. Although I could say more, it's not worth my time, but I will post a picture of the area behind their counter. Had we seen that before we had paid, we would have left immediately. I even gave them the benefit of the doubt. I originally saw this mess around 12:50 but assumed they were going to clean it up. But it was still there when I took the photo, 1:18.

I am from Southern California, I visit my mom and often order mountain Mike's pizzas ? ?. Everest meat combo is my favorite. Order online and it's cheap and it's always ready as promised. Keep up the excellent service and quality of the pizza. Thank you. Don't forget to tip ?

This particular location was really clean, the salad bar actually made me want to stay and eat there, but most of all, I felt welcome! This pizza restaurant is a filthy mess. The department of health should close this place down. I have never seen a restaurant as disgusting as this place. I have been ordering pizza from this Mountain Mikes for years. I have had nothing but poor quality and order mistake with about the last half dozen orders I've placed. Tonight I arrived to pick up my pizza and the gentleman at the counter was obviously taking a complaint from a customer on the phone. Another gentleman from the kitchen asked me if I was picking up and found that my order was wrong. The other kitchen help were outside in the back smoking cigarettes and had to be called back in to make the correct pizza for my order. This has happened several times, always missing the toppings I order. While I wait for my pizza to be remade, my first pizza is soggy and cold by the time I get home. I'm not going to spend money here again. I see on Yelp I'm not the only one who has had issues recently, clearly the owners don't have any standards for staff so I'll go elsewhere and spread the word.
