Very enjoyable and relaxing!!!!! Nick's Cove was a nice place to stop while traveling on Highway 1 through Marshall CA. This is the heart of Oyster Country and definitely worth a visit. We were looking for some local comfort food and nick's was a perfect choice. We spent two fantastic nights in Jerry's cottage! The bed was super-comfortable, the bathroom was enormous and offered great water pressure and high quality products. We appreciated having a mini-fridge and microwave as well. It would have been nice to have a few plates and cutlery, too.The view from the room over Tomales Bay is unparalleled - this place isn't cheap and it's worth the price!

We brought our dog and sat outside on the pier. We had great service amazing raw oysters chowder and homemade soft buttery bread, so good! It was quite a drive but the scenery along the way was pretty and we enjoyed the drive. They have an inn across the street, perhaps we'll stay next time.
