i’m a local here in martinez and get chipotle very often a couple times a week. This is my go to location fresh, clean, good service, perfect portions. I always look forward to this location and appreciate all the employees hard work.

This place is run by mostly kids. Our order was all wrong. Both plate the rice was raw, non edible. I guess if you flirt with them you get more food/meat. Not a good spot.

Just picked up an order off their app, ordered extra steak and got a bowl with maybe 3/4s of a regular serving as well as maybe 1/4 of everything else. This location is scamming people. Its insane to me to be paying for extra condiments, steak queso etc and receiving this low of a quantity.

Again, we are eating Chipotle because the children want Chipotle. We have come in a few times and its not too busy usually. Service is fast so that's good.My go to is a salad bowl with carnitas. This location doesn't crisp up their carnitas like the other Pleasant Hill location does. Its pretty wet as they say.They dole out bigger portions here it seems too. But that doesn't mean its better. Chipotle is the perfect 3 star restaurant no matter which one you go into. Its ok and hits the spot. Nothing more, nothing less.

Annoying when you order online and 3 people walk in and out while your still waiting for one item..
I came by and there was a small mine, it wasnt busy. somehow they managed to mess my order and they also barely put a little of everything, so disappointed.

Ok first off I should've known better when I noticed this location isn't busy. It was super dead only maybe 2 customers in here and now I know why. I've been super disappointed every time with chipotle. The quality of food in this location is poor. Chips were stale, the meats are so salty omg!! And the cleanliness of the place is horrible. 4 people working no customers and no one wipes down the counters or even stock the napkins. I'm so upset for spending $40+ hoping to get a decent meal here and I was put off. I will never be returning to this location again or Maybe never eat at chipotle anymore. I rather take my money elsewhere.

Aww man... i love chipotle and order to go at least once a week... but please try to be more consistent. It really sucks getting home and seeing my burrito bowl 1/2 full or even worse, my $12 quesadilla aka crispy tortilla with maybe a sprinkle of cheese. The staff is always friendly and since they added the tip function, I make sure to add $1 per item but maybe whoever is preparing my food hasn't seen it or doesn't care. I guess I have to order in person or check each item before I leave... ugh... I hate being that person but I'm tired of getting burned

I tried this location today ordering a steak burrito. The meat was tough and grissly as well as being barely a spoonful of meat. Not sure what was worse... having tough meat or being shortchanged on the meat. I would never come back to this location but sadly I am finding that even though the prices of Chipotle burritos keep going up, the portion size keeps getting smaller. I watched the server tap the shallow spoon against the edge of the steam tray and see half the meat fall back into the steam tray. I asked for more and was told I could pay for a double portion. Glad I didn't as the meat was terrible.

I was surprised of the freshness of our DoorDash delivery. Usually I've gotten soggy burritos at my usual Vallejo location but our order from here was perfect. The ingredients where perfectly meshed.
