I love Dutch Bros, but this location has to be the best one I've ever been to. The staff there are really chill, and never judge you for ordering that super sugary drink for the third time this week.The drinks are great, the espresso is never burnt, and if you think the sugary drinks are all they can make, you'd be dead wrong. They have some very experienced baristas here, and they can pull espresso better than some boutique cafes that I've been to.The service is super fast, even when the drive through line wraps around the building you never have to wait too long. If you're in the neighborhood, swing by and try something new, I guarantee you'll find something you would love.

Way too busy. It took me 30 minutes in a double line to get my drink. The staff was nice, but too slow. I won't be back. The Mocha Feeeze was very good, and I was able to get 1/2 the chocolate.

Drinks are tasty, but also the iced beverages are about 60% ice. The workers were great, super friendly. But even with them working hard, the wait was still about 30 minutes, which is a long time to be in a drive thru- and the lines weren't even out to the street like I've seen them on other days.Try to go when they're slow, and maybe avoid the iced beverages and you'll have a good time.

I LOVE my coffees that I have gotten from Dutch, and the staff is very pleasant and accommodating... Last night I was in the drive through and it was PoURING rain, and even began HAILING!!! The line was fairly long as it usually is. Why on EARTH does Dutch Bros have these poor kids, standing in the pouring rain with absolutely no shelter???
Over half hour wait on Saturday 3/2/2024 at 12 noon. That's no bueno. Would have saved 10 minutes if walked up to window but still that's too long I'm my opinion. This place needs to be more efficient at the whole process so maybe needs more help or just to work faster. I will give them excellent rating as far as how friendly the staff was as they smile, greet and chit chat. Nevertheless, I would be remiss if I did not mention that the Salted Carmel Iced Mocha Protein drinks that I ordered were 3/4 full of ice. They tasted great but way too much ice for an $8 drink! See photo attached. Parking lot, building and drive through area were clean. I would give this place a full 5 stars if they were efficient and gave you a real portion of coffee. Maybe the workers are being told by management to ice up the coffee as the management thinks this is better for bottom line. Ice, ice baby! Too cold! Too cold!

Came through this morning to get coffee for myself and coworker. The employees here are extremely rude and were rushing me. I ordered my coworkers drink and he just went to tell me my order total. When I told him I had more drinks he sighed and when my order was done he had me pay and just walked to the next car without saying anything. He must know he is being rude because he isn't asking a single person for a tip. I have been to many different locations and have never had an experience as bad as this. Very bad vibes from the blonde man outside taking my order and the people at the window. They seem like they do not want to be here whatsoever, at the end of the day this is your job. Dutch bros needs to do better. I love Dutch Bros! Definitely one of my favorite places. I always order the Cookie as a Breve(latte) with the soft top. Their seasonal drinks are always my go-to drinks as well.

I love how attentive they are to every customer. Especially one employees from Yuma, Az, and Eddy ( spelled name wrong) it's so many of them that are just amazing. Thank you for your friendly service. They show what it means to have real customer service.
