Wonderful recreation of our wedding cake top tier we forgot to take back home with us on our wedding last year. Tasted great and can’t thank Tiffany enough for coming to the rescue so we could have this cake for our one year anniversary!

Absolutely amazing! We ordered the cinnamon rolls and cupcakes. She pulled the cinnamon rolls from the oven right before we picked them up and they were fluffy and delicious. The frosting on the cupcakes melts in your mouth. We will definitely order again!

TLC USED TO BE IN MARTINEZ, But when I had them not too long ago. Frosting was too sugary and the cake was too dry, Also the organization of in case items ready to serve took way too long.

Tiffany Lund , Tiffany Lund Custom Cakes and Desserts. She did a great job on my teen daughter bday order. We got a Red velvet Cake, Birthday Cake cookies and white chocolate raspberry cupcakes and it didn't only looked beautifully but it all tasted so good. My daughter and I where happy with our order.

We are thrilled to have found such a fantastic cake designer right here in Valley Center! Tiffany went absolutely above and beyond in making my daughter's third birthday cake. We asked for a small cake and selected a few colors for a base-level design to save money, and she ended up generously applying a gorgeous, artistic, modern handmade design made of those colors--making this the most beautiful birthday cake I could have possibly imagined! We got many compliments at the party about the cake, and everyone agreed that the flavor and texture of the cake was absolutely decadent. We got the celebration themed flavor, which was confetti cake and buttercream icing. Yum! We look forward to ordering many more cakes, cupcakes, and other teats for special occasions from Tiffany.

Upon walking into the Martinez Market hall, Tiffany Lund Custom Cakes & Desserts is one of the first store front's you see. They carry a variety of cupcakes and desserts along with coffee & tea to enjoy with your sweet treat. My husband and I got the coffee flavored cupcake and also the cupcake funfetti one with the sprinkles along with a coffee and horchata latte. I tried my husbands chocolate cupcake with the coffee cream filling and it was pretty good! As for my funfetti cupcake that I ordered I can honestly say the cupcake it self was pretty dry. I feel like it was way more frosting then cake. Would I come back? Probably not for the price that you pay.

Delicious and beautiful baking but it’s served on single-use plastic trays, even “for here.” When I asked where I could recycle my used tray, they told me they don’t do that. :(Less than 10% of plastic is recycled. Please, stop using plastic at all!

Oh Tiffany, you certainly know your cupcakes. Buttercream should be one of the four main food groups. Jamie W. and I were strolling downtown Martinez - not a very lengthy walk - and we came upon a tourist-friendly public market called Market & Main. There were a handful of small culinary businesses inside ranging from banh mis to Moroccan, but the most prominent was Tiffany's counter. At least that was where our eyes were glued as her stylishly frosted cupcakes and cookies were on full display. In a moment of weakness, we expressed our desire for their tasty treats. We were particularly attracted to the $4.50 Chocolate Mint Cookie frosted with a decadently delicious mint buttercream and sprinkled with mint candy chips and Oreo crumbles, all of which worked nicely together (photo: For later - with 'later' being anywhere between thirty seconds to the following day - we went for a couple of the $5.50 Jumbo Cookies & Cream Cupcakes (photo: It uses as its base an actual Oreo cake. The frosting was a melty-good whipped cookies & cream buttercream, and naturally Oreo crumbles completed the picture. But wait, there was more...the $5.50 Jumbo Central Perk which was a Belgian chocolate mini-cake piped with espresso buttercream and then drizzled with an espresso ganache like a crying river surrounded by smashed cocoa nibs (photo: That was quite a suite of sweet but surprisingly not overwhelmingly sweet unless you eat it all at once. Which we didn't. I swear. FOOD - 5 stars...masterful creations, decadently satisfying AMBIANCE - 4 stars...really not much space in the charming market, take your stash to go SERVICE - 5 stars...they individually packaged every item...that's devotion TOTAL - 5 stars...the baking angels are siding with Tiffany RELATED - Exploring Martinez? Tiffany made the cake for my wife's tiki-themed birthday party! After some initial misfires we got in touch and her communication was great throughout the process. Was able to handle everything through email. The cake was delivered in beautiful shape, right on time. Absolutely stunning, showstopper. And, it tasted amazing. Thanks Tiffany!

Why say you sell milkshakes when your staff refuses to make them? The first time I bought two shakes, the cashier threw a fit she had to make them. The next 3 times we've gone for a milkshake, we were told they're out of ingredients. Really??? Why even offer them if they're too much trouble to make?***Update***Since this review my children have gone back and get a milkshake and they were able to get one. I hand it to the owner for addressing the issue with the staff.

We have been to TLC inside Market and Main many times. We LOVE the sunny side up cookie, it's like lemon meringue pie. But I finally need to give some feedback about the long wait we have experienced at every visit. Today, we ended up leaving before ordering. There is something wrong with the process. There is one person taking orders, ringing up orders, filling orders AND making coffee. We saw another young lady, who we thought was delivering a large cookie to someone upstairs, but she must have been taking a break, as she was gone a long time, and returned with 1/2 a cookie. We thought "yeah, more help" when she returned, but it looked like she then went to the restroom. No problem, people need to do that. We never saw her return. Maybe she was on her lunch break, but no one helped out while she was gone. There was another young lady who was possibly baking. She never looked over to see if the one young lady needed help, and that young lady didn't ask for help. The man in front of us placed a large order and that is when we left, because we know from past experience, preparing orders takes a very long time. We want this bakery to succeed but please provide some coaching to the staff re: efficiency, helping each other out etc. Thank you!
