Did a mobile order 7 pm. It was busy, there was 5 cars in front of us at the drive thru. Our food was cold. Once we reheated it at home it was very goodDietary restrictions: You can ask for a low carb lettuce wrap for any sandwich

Mackenzie and her crew at Carl's Jr are so amazing. After 16 hours in the emergency room with my mother I stopped by to get a bite to eat. Not only was the food amazing their customer service was impeccable. Sensing something was bothering me the manger Mackenzie asked me if I was ok I told her what had been going on and she gave me the best words of encouragement!! She was so sweet.
