The recommended 100% tequila snow has pieces of almond and the flavor is very smooth, the popsicles are a delight, it is a clean place and the girls are very friendly

Seeing all these bad reviews honestly shocked me considering the service all me, friends, family have experienced from this establishment. The service is amazing they always make sure they are on top of everything and the line always goes incredibly fast and they make u feel like they are your freind in the very little time that they speak to you while they take your order. They are very frindly and also make sure to offer slapped and also recommend items that often become my favorite item to order. I 100% recommend this place if you would like to get a quick in n out experience and feel comfortable as you are there and have amazing food and drinks.

Been coming here for years and everything has been ok until today. Products are good for the most part but the customer service is beyond trash. I get it we all have bad days wether it's at work or home but don't throw that on anyone that has nothing to do with it. Short lady with silver teeth had horrible attitude the whole time while helping me. Answered with attitude when I would ask her things, was just in a horrible mood so I was just surprised cuz I kept my composure, finally I decided to ask for her name or name of the manager she said "no te voy a decir mi nombre, pa que?, no tenemos manager!" So that was that, Im sure there's better places not too far from this place that can provide the same product but with a better experience

I love Michoacana ! Every time I’m in Cali I make sure to visit La Michoacana. This time I came to this location. Staff was friendly . I always order the avocado which some locations don’t always have but I was happy they had them. My bf loves the banana with Nutella and the Kiwi one which I didn’t get to take a pik cause he ate it lol. And my second fav the Cookies with Cream, it has a whole real Oreo in it. I enjoyed my Michoacana ! Thank you

Good but a little over priced. $8.99 for a shake is a bit much. Not sure if I was charged incorrectly for the paleta it was just a paleta. I think it’s tasty but seemed over priced.

This is such a bad place everything is pretty much water. Bought a biónico and the crema was completely liquid milk . The michoacana from across the street next to 7 eleven is definitely way better!!!! Bad customer service bad everything.

Easy to spot?..You gotta drive inside the plaza in order to see it.Place look clean, nice welcoming.Prices are not so bad. Out of all the Michoacanas location this is our first visiting one. We really thought they were gonna top other ice cream shops but I gotta say one out of 4 different items we got was good.The vanilla and raisins popsicle was lacking flavor and it had way to many raisins than ice cream, the nieve de fresa more like sorbet is artificial flavored not made with real strawberries as well as the nieve de limón both not made natural and real ingredients. You can taste the difference right away. And the only thing that tasted grate was the chocolate covered with sprinkles frozen banana. We'll give it a second chance, I hope we won't be as disappointed as the ones we've tried.

Very yummy food but I was disappointed in the tamarindo because it was nothing but liquid and no texture in it, kinda like a syrup.
