Seemed a bit neglected. Front 9 fairways were overrun with mole hills, and the tee boxes were sparse when it came to grass. Back 9 fairways were better. Greens were just "OK" as most had dead areas.

We went here because we asked Google for the best breakfast place in McKinleyville and this popped right up. We weren't sure how to find it because it is located at the golf club. We were greeted with happy upbeat friendly staff and another customer. We ordered from both the breakfast and lunch menus and the food was fantastic! My bacon cheese burger was so amazing I had to insist my company take a bite, but just 1 because I wanted to enjoy it ?.The whole experience was awesome and we will certainly make it back there whenever we're in the area.

We had a great Business for Breakfast at Beau Pre last week! Good food, great space!

Gophers, weeds and mismanagement winning! Used to be a decent golf course, now just a wasteland of gopher mounds. The new owner is rude and condescending, just stands there and berates young employees right at the front desk while you have to wait uncomfortably to pay for a round of golf. He seems more interested in hangin with the drunks at the bar than booking a tee time. Only reason it gets a two star nod is that Brent is still there bringing integrity and knowledge to young golfers. He will prob move on to greener pastures (Beau Pre) soon I would guess.

Ordered the chicken fried steak! Was great! Family had pancakes and really enjoyed it. Staff was very nice and friendly.

This course is rough , greens are trashed 1 out of 4 holes seem to get watered. Gophers own 90percent of the real estate. At one time this place used to be decent. Leave the golf clubs at home , this is only a disc golf worthy course anymore!

Surprisingly very good food. I had a burger and fries for lunch one days and chicken fried steak the next morning. Both were excellent! I can't wait to go back.

Don't expect to be served if you're from out of town or not a golf member. We were basically ignored until we left. Food didn't look that good anyways...

New ownership, delicious food, great beer, outdoor seating with a beautiful view! Experienced chef and Saturday wood fired pizzas!! Prices totally reasonable. Staff is nice and helpful. I've been going here since I was 3, it's nice to see it thriving.

They have a nice lineup of food choices. Cafe style great burgers, salads, and wood fire pizza on Saturday. Haven't had the pizza. It's fun to grab a pitcher, food, and hit a bucket of balls. They have loaner clubs too. New owner is bringing a cool tone and the kitchen is good.

I was impressed by the 3 workers that cook & serve.

Disc Golf Review: I'm really happy that locals are sponsoring/maintaining 18 tee pads and baskets. The charge to play is $5 and carts go for $10. Disc golfers are allowed on the Golf course after noon. First, the course has great trees, long greens (par 5 in DG world), streams and lakes. Some HUGE downhill throws. Because of the greens, it's a rollers dream course. Add that you can rent carts, so there's no long hikes, this place is like a Disc Golf resort. Price is totally reasonable. I don't want to say cheap. They'd probably raise the price. And there's a lot people up here poorer than me. So that'd suck. I'm sober from booze. But they got a bar, which is also rare for a disc golf game. The Ball golf players are not a big concern. The course is laid out that so far I haven't had to dodge a ball. Hope this course stays. I'd imagine in years to come they could get major events here. A photographer would have a hard time taking a bad photo. For me, the front and back side of the course have very memorable holes. Great views and open downhill throws that pump up my ego. Ha! In general the course design is a mix of challenging and easy open drives. Love it.
