If I could give them no stars I would the manager uquira there is a joke super rude hateful person I've called corporate she would not give me the general managers name but I don't need it considering I worked for Jesse klair he would have never put up with her nonsense ,but I just called a manager for the company i do know and they stated he's heard that name several times and gave me the HR number and franchise number you can't be in customer service and treat people who are contributing to your paycheck some kind of way , if you've had a bad experience at this location In the morning on the weekend I suggest you call one of the other locations at get the correct number you need to complain about this childish rude unacceptable behavior because she's very immature and will not give you the compliant number you need !

They used to have consistently good food. Not sure what happened in the last month, but qualities gone way down. Tonight it seems like they were just trying to get rid of week old stale buns and hard bland fries.

The woman who manages the restaurant is a very hard worker and kind, it's obvious she's dedicated to the job. The dining area and restroomsare always very clean there's a older gentleman who does a wonderful job keeping the place clean. Even when this restaurant gets very busy between the drive thru, curbside pickup and dine in customers they are able to complete orders in a reasonable amount of time and very seldom do they make mistakes on orders. Which I greatly appreciate because my order is pretty specific and I'm on a limited amount time during my lunch break. Anyone passing through the area and trying to decide whether to stop at the Arcata or McKinleyville location. I highly recommend stopping by this one to grab a bite to eat while driving through the areaParking: Lots of space for Semi Trucks or RVsWheelchair accessibility: Multiple handicap parking spaces and ADA accessible seating and restrooms

Don't order anything from them through door dash, they will get it wrong, you will be missing items. This isn't the fault of door dash as the bags are sealed. It is entirely the fault of the restaurant.

I ordered 3 items and went through the drive through, paid, and when I went to pick up my items I remembered I had a free fry in my app (not one of the items I bought and paid for). I asked if I could redeem that. The guy there said it has to be with an order. I explained I had just ordered, paid, and hadn’t even received my items yet. The guy didn’t know what to do. I explained it seemed like a simple adjustment to my order, if they needed to refund me and rerun the order to add the fries no big deal. At that point a manager was grabbed, who seemed lost. I explained the proposed plan, which he said he could do, but only if I came inside. It was cold out and dark (7:44pm), there were no other cars behind me in line. I asked why they couldn’t complete the adjustment in the line. He said I need you to come inside, I asked again, to which he told me that there was a clock timing the transaction so he wouldn’t do it because it would add more time to my “drive through” transaction. This man wanted to inconvenience me by making the drive thru pointless and have me come inside so he could pretend that they had a good service time and fake his data. I’m like I’ve been here like 3 minutes, no one else is here. What in the world. So yah. Their customer service data is clearly a lie! Hope that gets back to management. And no I did not go inside and appease his ridiculousness. I have not been back since, nor had fries
