Very clean place inside & outside, well arranged where they serve you a variety of dishes. I stopped here for the pupusas which is my favorite Salvadorian dish. The people tending the place were amicable & welcoming and had a very positive vibe to them. I ordered a pair of pupusas along with two Pacifico beers and it was very satisfying after a long day of driving. Mendota California rules! USAVegetarian options: Loroco pupusas

I had really low expectations when I walked into this restaurant. The chips were kinda stale, and the salsa kinda bland. But I was pleasantly surprised that my wet Carne Asada, and shrimp Burrito was actually really good. . The red sauce on top was just the right amount of spice. Not too hot to eat, but just the right amount of spice to make your mouth tingle.

Soooo Good sooo Bomb! If you wanna feel like your grandma just made you some Puppusas or like ur mom just made you some gorditas and you are in town this is the place. It's hard to find good Salvadoran food. Ohhh and let's not forget the platanos sooo good! The staff is friendly and the food comes out in a timely manner. If you are on lunch call your order in and they will have it ready

I was craving pupusas. Definitely hit the spot! Sooo yummmy. Table was dirty, but we could have sat anywhere we wanted and I’m not picky, I was really hungry lol, I’m sure if I asked for it to be cleaned they would have with no hesitation. We were greeted with a smile. Friendly service. They’ve definitely gained a customer ☺️ Oh, the canned mango drink they have is fire ?

Great food, but the prices are higher than other places. The workers are nice and double check your order. The tables can be sticky or they might be cleaning them while you wait to be seated.
