Greetings, I downloaded the app and decided to order on it. That was a pleasant experience. However, when I got in line to pick up my order, which was about 10 minutes 15 minutes after I ordered it, my order was not ready. The staff was very friendly however I was a little disappointed when I arrived back home with my bag of food, that there was no hot sauce in my order which I had checked and ordered on the app. I also ordered some green burritos and paid for extra sauce. To be honest with you, when I was eating the burrito, I couldn't even taste the green sauce. The snack tacos we're super small and I ordered two hard and four soft tacos the hard tacos had little to no meat cheese or lettuce on them however the soft tacos had 50% more ingredients that the hard tacos. I think they should change these snack tacos to be called bite-size tacos. I place my reading glasses in with the photo so you could get a size reference. My overall food experience was a little disappointing. Cheers

Placed an order at drive through and when we got up to the window, my husband, wanted to double check what items came with the combo meal that we ordered as he wasn't sure. He asked team member Criselda what was included with the meal and she was extremely rude. The bags hadn't even been given to us yet, so he was just curious. She was extremely rude and abruptly shut the drive through window and walked away. When she came back with the bags, I asked her name and she said, "for what?", with a total attitude. We were blown away by her rudeness, as it was just a question. I called the location and got her name but she is a terrible representative for the conpany!

There is a cutie sometimes works night shift I think she just started. Also for the most part from 6 to when ever at night the two behind the counter hustle and work hard considering the long line and only two people Good job

When we visit Menifee we eat at this DelTaco often. It is clean and the staff is friendly and efficient. They always have a smile which makes eating there even nicer! We have went for their Taco Tuesday and enjoyed many Beef soft tacos at a great price! E eat there for Taco Thursdays and we really enjoy the Chicken soft tacos for a great price. They will even give them to you in a bowl without the tortillas if you're trying to cut carbs , yummy:)Recently we went for their Anniversary special .60 cent soft or hard shell ground beef tacos , wow what a deal . Del Taco has the BEST cherry coke anywhere!!
I'm currently sitting in the drive thru line and have been sitting in the same spot for 15 minutes , I never right bad reviews but this is pissing me off. What are you going doing back there ?

The lady with short hair, the thinks she’s a guy has terrible customer service and there’s no good customer service to be found in the restaurant. Other than that there’s another guy that was there waiting for a drink and he wouldn’t serve it just so I could get on the go and carry out my order. They should hire people that smile, and give good customer service
