I gave this place a good rating before but this is my update. Place is pretty disgusting. The guy named Emiliano working drive thru was wearing gloves picking up trash from the floor and then handling the food with the same gloves. I threw out the food , but I’m warning the fellow patrons, be prepared for diarrhea and having an upset stomach because the way they handle food here is unsanitary. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Take to long on the Drive through. And I'm paying more money for a chicken sandwich , but THEY ARE PUTTING LESS CHICKEN ON THE SANDWICH. THEY ARE SCREWING THE CUSTOMER.

Hours of operation posted on sign hanging on the door were accurate. The sign stated that the lobby was open until 10 PM and the lobby and the front door were unlocked, and they were indeed open still. This was really nice considering I just drove from a Jack-in-the-Box down the street that closed their doors at 9:30 PM even though they were supposed to be open until 10 pm.

This jack n the box on Newport & Antelope has the best customer service for a fast food chain that I experienced. ( I am a restaurant manager) I come here everyday. I had an issue with my order being incorrect, so I called and they had no problem fixing the issue by remaking my order. I appreciated how well the Manager handled the situation and I will be returning again tomorrow!

I am here like every other night after work to grab dinner. Everything is always hot and fresh and I love there carmel ice coffee and combo #13 the grill chicken sandwich.
I ordered on doordash around 10 pm and did not receive my drink so I was refunded credits and placed another order for my drink. I asked the dasher to make sure that they give them my drink. The dasher told me that again they didn’t give her the drink but she made sure to ask for it. Like??? I don’t understand why twice they didn’t make sure to get my drink. Unacceptable.

Drove through the drive-through at 9:30 pm after returning from S.D. the only thing that was correct on our order was our 2 soft drinks. We received the wrong cheeseburger & half of our tacos ? This is one of the reasons we do not go to fast food restaurants. there's no supervision, and the youngsters who are working here do not want to be here.

Very fast. Ordered 4 tacos and a drink. Took about 4 steps to the soda machine and my order was called. Fastest service ever. Dining room was a bit dirty. 3 tables had some trash and crumbs on them. Drive thru was busy but no one inside dining, except for me.
