It’s awful that we have to order from a kiosk when dining in the restaurant. The system was slow with glitches. Use a code and didn’t take it call for assistance. Employee came and took off to get a manager. Manager just ignore him. Basically he ignored us their guest. Zero respect for guest. No wonder McDonald is going down the hill.
Drive thru was a little slow food was ok but the burgers are getting smaller and the prices are going up don’t know if I will eat fast food again can’t afford it.

The store was clean. Lots of seniors, like myself. No one wanted to order with the touch screen. A nice employee was helpful. I just don't see seniors in their 70's, 80's & older using a phone app to order. Thanks Newsome, for nothing.

****updated 03/14/24******No service. Have to do everything yourself. Place your own orders l and do their job for them. The kiosk are slow. Not user friendly. Does not accept linked payment card on the app. Does not add your points for the purchases. McSucks.*******UPDATED 10/27/2020********The quality of the food is consistent with what is expected from a McDonald's. The problem I have with this particular McDonald's is the service. Before for I decided to update my review I experienced at least 3 times where my order is wrong. Even though I ask for condiments at the window by the time they bring it to my car there are no condiments and by then I am already too far to come back. My order has been wrong on multiple occasions.Could be a little bit cleaner, it was not crowded.

I use the drive through and the wait line was busy but it went quickly. The wait always depends on many things so it was an extra special experience this visit.

My brother, 3 year old nephew and myself went through the drive thru yesterday. Ordered my nephew 1 six piece chicken nugget happy meal with a strawberry shake. We stopped at the first window to pay, had our drivers window down and waited for several minutes. Since no one was there and it was raining, we rolled the window up. When we got to the 2nd window, the male manager started handing us a tray of drinks. We let him know that this was not our order and we havent paid yet since no one was at the first window. He told us that we should have waited and to pay at the first window. No apology for the inconvenience or appreciation how we were honest instead of taking off with some free food due to their continued incompetence. The manager again, tells my brother next time pay at the first window and I felt like going off on him! If a 3 year old wasn't in the car, we would have! THEN my 3 year old nephew starts projectile vomiting a few hours after eating McDonald's. This is the only thing that he ate on his own as we had the same food throughout the day except Mcdonalds. Not only are they incompetent and rude but they also are dirty and making people sick. STAY AWAY!!!!
