The team went the extra mile. My girl got a duplicate toy in he happy meal. She politely asked to exchange it and the staff went back and got her the one she wanted. She was so happy. It made our day.
I hate to write negative reviews, but my experiences at this McDonald's compel me to speak out. The quality check on orders here has seen a consistent decline over time. Almost every time I bring my family here, the orders are wrong, but last night's experience was by far the worst.We ordered burgers with extra condiments, and not only were the additional requests neglected, but there were no condiments on the burgers at all! The drive thru was backed up so we went inside. We waited over 5 minutes but there was no one in the front. I could see about 10 staff members but they were all in the back getting the drive thru orders taken care of. We just left.
