To the redhead who worked evening shift on 3/31. Next time, it would be awesome to not have a conversation with your coworker while customers are waiting in line. Thanks to the gal that was mopping, noticed me, and that told her. She was very nice .

Worst Starbucks I’ve been to. Two people inside and I’m told it’s an hour wait. Went to the next Starbucks a mile away and it’s only a 7 min wait. They had 20 people inside. This should be unacceptable to treat inside customers like this!!

They're so busy here they just talk to you really rude and then walk away so you can't respond. We shouldn't allow these places to treat us like that just because we want their product. And it's easy to go to a different Starbucks cuz there's one at every corner.

I bought $6.00 gift cards for Christmas game. I had one leftover and went to use it today, (it had 75cents on it) I bought it through the drive through. Tried to use it through the drive through to be told 75cents was on it and not $6.00? They didn't honor it. I really don't know how they sold me a used gift card? Thank goodness it wasn't a lot of money. I go here at least once a week. ? Nice girl waited on me. I don't blame her. Beware regarding the gift cards.

The girls here in the afternoon would just stare at as I waited and waited to be helped for cup of ice water after my mobile order was ready. I waited for 5 minutes literally and they all just stared and walked

So it takes them 20 mins to process walk-in single cappucino order because everyone is busy serving mobile or drive-thru. Also, the drive-thru lane is right around the outside seating area, have fun breathing in all the car exhaust while you sip. Little sitting area inside with 3 super tiny tables and one huge one that is never shared efficiently.

It’s ridiculous when you try to add something to your order at the window (because you forgot to add something for your son) and they can’t add it for whatever reason and want you to drive back around through the drive through to re order!

I have been going to different Starbucks locations for the past 15 years, and I can honestly say that I’ve never ever encountered one rude employee. Everyone has always been very pleasant, and extremely friendly. Well, last night at this Starbucks location drive-thru the employee at the window was very rude! I was actually shocked. First, we wanted to add on to our order. I forgot to order one drink which was for my daughter…at the drive-thru screen. So once we pulled up to the window I asked if we could add on the extra drink before she scanned my phone to charge us. The employee then said “We can’t do that after we’ve taken your order”. So I replied “That’s fine. We will just go back through the drive-thru again”. It wasn’t a busy night at all. There was literally one car behind us. But then my daughter asked me to get her a cup of ice water instead. We’ve asked for ice water at several Starbucks locations, and are always given a cup. Well this employee then stated “We can’t do that after your order is complete”. I was thinking, Really?!? Starbucks doesn’t even charge for a cup of water. Why would it be a problem? It’s not difficult to pour some water into a cup, and hand it to us. I didn’t tell her anything…We just left. This employee didn’t seem to enjoy her job at all. It was clear by her actions, and expression on her face. She has very poor customer service skills. I wish I would have gotten her name. It was at exactly 10:05pm on 12/8/23. With all of the money we’ve spent in the past at this particular Starbucks, it was upsetting. I’m not one to complain either, but won’t be going to this location anymore after this incident. I don’t think anyone should tolerate rudeness.
