I have never come across such a rude Starbucks worker in years. She went out of her way to completely ignore me and my husband to the point I wasn't even sure if she even worked there until she went behind the counter to start "cleaning" a machine and continued to stare us down as we looked at merchandise without even a greeting or asking if we needed help or if we wanted to order anything. It was so awkward and unprofessional that we ended up walking away without getting anything.

This location is always out of everything. (Well at least that's what they say) The drinks always taste like night & day compared to other locations. For the longest I thought I didn't like certain drinks until I had them at a different location. Also if I'm paying for cold foam I want to see it. I got the equivalent of a teaspoon worth in mine today.

I will never go back to this location not a honest employee I order just hot pike and the worker ran out of pike so he poured the rest from the other thermal dark roast I told him I not like dark roast he promised it's medium pike but I could tested it's dark, not very honest

Let me start with the good, firstly my drink was good but the service was mehhh the workers didn’t greet me they were talking to each other and I felt like I was a ghost bothering them, then I was told ordering a drink with no ice would soon become a upcharge because it requires more “product” like I thought that I was paying for a venti that I should get a venti ??? Anyways unfriendly service with an upcharge is a double negative for me ?

We were stopping for some caffeine while on a road trip and were disappointed to find the barista closing up early when the hours clearly stated they were open until 8:00pm. She didnt have a good reason why she was closing early and tried to tell us they were “under staffed”. I dont think her boss knows she closed an hour early tonight and missed out on business…

Horrible service 4 ppl and and only one person really working the girls yelling and screaming with an employee that works here being loud calling ppl hoes crazy how no one is controlling the situation not mention they have no knowledge on working there system

This location always has an attitude as if you’re inconveniencing them. The barista with a neck tattoo rudely slammed a straw down when I asked for one. Drink wasn’t full and this isn’t the first time.
Honestly if I could give them a zero I would. I've gone to this location maybe three times and every time I've gone they are extremely rude. If you don't like working at Starbucks then find another job. They are just giving people attitude and just being rude. I went this morning and asked the girl if they sold drinks in a trenti size and she said what's that giving attitude from the get go. If you work at Starbucks how do you not know what a trenti is. Then they went on to say they don't sale the salted caramel cold brew in venti at any location which is a lie cause we get it always in a venti size. Then I tried purchasing the hot reusable cups and asked if they can put my drink in that and she said no they can't. And then she adjusted the cup like I didn't put it back where it went. She just was extremely rude we literally wasted thirty minutes waiting to order a drink and received the worse service where we had to walk out. I didn't get her name but she had glasses. For being Starbucks is as big as they are I'm surprised they don't hire friendlier staff. This location sucks and I plan on never going back.

Whoever the older lady is with white hair every time I come she's literally the grumpy old lady. I feel bad for the workers if that's their manager her personality is not friendly. 3 stars for the workers putting up with such BS and at 8am at that !
