First timer! The food was good, I did a pick up. Just something that bothered me with the service is, once I entered the restaurant, the employee taking out the trash yells out “nose goes!” As in who would take care of the customer, for me I took it a little off, I was not greeted, but the employees were seemingly making a joke on who to see that would help me. I smile a little bit because I know how “nose goes works” and the store was about to close, so I totally understand the whole trying to get closing things done on time. (For I as well work in fast food as an Area Manager); however, what made me want to write this review is when the employee saw me pick my food up and I was reading the receipt to double check it was for me, and she made a comment about me to the other employee, while I was in the store on how I took the food then proceeded to check the name and order as if I wasn’t there to hear her. I personally just feel, I love that the two young ladies were having fun and getting things done, just the comment made and the nose goes. As I would like to have been treated as any customer that would come in during the midday regardless Of the time

Great sandwich choices. If you wanted something a little lighter, choose a delicious salad that comes with a yummy piece of warm bread. There are soup options as well. There are soup combinations options too. We ordered the a bbq salad (i can't remember the exact name), but everything in it was soooooo good. The favors all came together perfectly. Drink options included soft drinks and lemonade options. There was a kids menu, but in didn't pay too much attention to it as we just stared our salad and bread with our 2 year old. Customer service was nice and quick. Atmosphere was clean, modern, bright, and happy. It was easy to relax and enjoy our time there. I highly recommend this place! Prices were really good for the amount of food given. This is going to be my new favorite lunch spot!

Ten out of ten!! Gluten friendly bread has arrived at Urbane Cafe and I as well as my daughter can say it's DELICIOUS!! We loved it!! Ordered one club and one pesto & sundried tomato sandwich on the gluten free bread, FANTASTIC! My only suggestion was to mark the containers if there's gluten free items involved. I did order two club sandwiches - one gluten friendly and one regular. The bread is SO similar looking that we could hardly tell them apart. Had we not had the second gluten friendly (pesto) sandwich we possibly wouldn't have been able to see the difference and I might have gotten sick. Glad I didn't! So, I hope that they take this advice and GO with marking the containers. Please beware that there is an upcharge for the bread (additional $3.25 an order). I will be back to try some of the other sandwiches that you make. Again, Urbane Cafe thank you for now offering this amazing bread!

Wow!! All I can say is I love the food!! Their salad is perfect for the salad lovers!! I also had a sandwich and it was tasty and filling!! My taste buds were in heaven!! Mouth watering to say the least!!

Where’s the meat? Ordered the tri tip pastrami sandwich. What a Rip off. Almost $13 for nothing but a little dried out stale pastrami heaped with soggy cabbage and pickles. Tiny shredded pieces of extremely old, dried out meat was stacked in the center of the bread to make it look “big.” Nothing on the majority of the sandwich… nothing. Filled with gobs of cabbage and pickles to make it look big. Thin tiny slices of cheese too. Basically paying $13 for a cabbage and pickle sandwich ! ? Huge disappointment. I’ve ordered this sandwich before and it was great! This was gross. ?

Their bread is absolutely delicious!! Highly recommend getting the additional bread. That being said I love this place. If you are looking to eat healthy there are options. If you want something a little less healthy there are also options. I am a fan of fresh most of their food is. My husband loves their ahi tuna bowl and I love their tofu bahn mi. But seriously always get some of the bread ?.
