Came here with my good friend for drinks and appetizers later afternoon. Staff were super friendly and professional - appetizers were top notch and beautifully presented - and found my favorite wines on their list too. Highly recommend it for friends, anniversaries or even business meetings. Wish we had known abt the rooftop…..

Early Easter dinner with family. Staff was attentive , John and John were helpful and even additional staff came and checked on us to make sure were being helped. Lobster roll was tasty along with truffle fries . My son ordered Chicken Marsala and the wife ordered curry scallops. The curry scallops were too spicy for her so staff understood and instead brought out a strawberry salad with salmon that she really enjoyed.Parking: Garage under restaurant

One of my favorite places to enjoy a lovely dinner out. Food is delicious and the staff are attentive, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend the deviled eggs! It’s also quite challenging to go wrong with any of the drinks.Parking: Free, Shared plaza parking is located underneath.

Ate there Thursday for a retirement dinner for a Stanford colleague. Firt time there -the service, food & ambiance were all great! Started with ahi tuna canapes on tortilla chips, & beef skewers & fresh Vietnamese rolls, than a lovely salad with edible flowers. My entre was a great king salmon, perfectly cooked, topped with fried onions in a tangle, and served with great sauteed spinach with currents & cranberries. Only shot I got was this fabulous dessert!

Great food and excellent service with our server John!! Will def come back next time I'm in the area.

Will be back for the food and wine. Cocktail's weren't bad but not what would bring me back. Welcome was warm and very nice. Service wasn't attentive throughout the entire meal (had to flag down for an extra glass of wine and again to ask for the dessert menu)

I first heard of this place when a friend's band performed here maybe 10 years ago. I never really thought of this as an option for food but came for a dinner event, and we had a private room in the back, which was a great setting for 30-40 people. It has its own dedicated bar, and it's a cool looking room with lots of dark wood and a classy vibe. Lots of free parking is available in the lot underneath the building. Drinks: I like the themed names on the drinks - Delinquent account: bourbon based, not too sweet - Mutual fund: gin based, light - Dirty martini With our large group, we ordered off a set menu. - Ahi tuna: on a wonton with wasabi cream - Chicken yakitori skewer: very flavorful - Mango spring roll: nice and light - BBC House Salad: not over dressed; loved the gooseberries and midnight moon - a more creative house salad than most places! - Short rib: a generous portion with a nice red wine demi glace, lots of spring vegetables, and a nicely done Yorkshire pudding - Seasonal pavlova: with blueberries and lemon curd. The pavlova texture was on point, and it was a very pretty spring dessert Most notably, staff were super gracious about working around our speeches, and service was attentive and with a smile. I had quite a few requests (sparkling water, more drinks, wine, extra napkin, etc), and they were efficient and kind, which you don't always get in a big group setting. They also held the entrees until we finished all the speeches for the event, which was nice since so often these get disrupted by service. Again, I never thought of BBC for food, but this private room was great for an event!

Came here around 4pm on a Thursday for cocktails and appetizers. We had a reservation just to be safe, and ended up sitting outside. They are located by a busy street but the ambiance is pleasant and classy and the heat lamps perfectly effective. I will say the service was the most impressive of all. We were not want for anything, and considering we were the only party outside (which often leads to be being forgotten), we felt like we were centerstage (an d accounts for the 5 stars). We started with cocktails: **Zero Balance (added on the chili salt rim - yum!) - it was bright and spicy. $16 **Smart Investment - excellent balance, but a little heavy on the honey (I'd forego it unless you really love honey).- $17 Then...Wine!: **The Insider - a delightful on tap Cabernet from Paso Robles (I've found that area has been kicking out great cabs for a few years now). $18 Appetizers (prices omitted as I forgot to get a pic of the HH Menu w/ Pricing): We were able to sample the Happy Hour and regular apps menu which was fun. **Hand Cut Truffle Fries - excellent fries! I preferred the ketchup over the roasted garlic aioli which lacked a little flavor. **Peppadew Pepper Deviled Eggs - the pepper topping with bacon was delicious, but the eggs were lacking. Perhaps we're too bewitched by the Dutch Goose deviled eggs. They were smooth, but didn't stand up to the flavor of the topping. **Chicken Yakitori - by far the favorite - the chicken was tender and the sauce ended up being licked off the fingers once the chicken was done, it was so tasty. The bathrooms are upstairs but there is an elevator for ADA concerns. The music piping through was at a good level. The ambiance was low light and very cozy. Definitely geared to a high dining experience. I do wish I'd visited years ago when they were apparently a bit more scruffy with a neighboring cigar shop. I'll definitely go back to sample more of the menu... and those craft cocktails!

Levy is ruining this establishment. The way she condescends her customers is ridiculous. I then asked one of the servers what they think of Levy and they said she constantly giving them attitude. Exactly what she did to me.

Delicious cocktails, wine, and meal at BBC this month. We enjoyed the tuna starter, braised short rib, and filet mignon. For dessert, we had the chocolate budino and red velvet tiramisu cake. It was a lovely date night with attentive service and delicious food/drink. Thanks!

Loved the burrata salad and the deviled eggs, the salmon platter and the truffled fries. I also loved my whiskey, but cannot remember is name except that it started with a "C" and was a speyside and very smooth. My friends and I had a great time. Thank you! I must stay for dinner next time!
