Some of the people that work here have really bad customer service. I was yelled at by an employee because I asked for the code to the bathroom before ordering. Super rude. It is not OK to get yelled at by a person working behind the counter. She assumed and she was out of pocket. Treated me so poorly because I am Hispanic. Like first of all this woman is a foreigner in the country I was born and raised at. I don't care who you are it does not give you the right to yell at someone specially a customer. Their food is bad too, the only good thing they sell is their egg rolls. I went in for an eggroll while waiting for the train.

The food is delicious. I have been coming to this spot since 2008. Same flavor I love it. My son loves the broccoli beef and teriyaki chicken. I just love the 5 flavor chicken, kung pao chicken, sesame chicken, and of course the egg rolls.

Stay away from this place. Customer service was horrible. While eating saw a rat running a round the Restaurant floor. When we notified the staff about the incident they got verbally abusive and started yelling at us and telling us to leave. We let them know for food safety and they kicked us out because of it. Dont recommend this place to anyone. Who knows how clean and Healthy it is to comsume food from this location given the rats that we saw running around.

The portions are huge.I ordered the chicken bbq and subbed veggies for the mac. I had to pay an extra $2 but the veggies were tasteless.The chicken tasted fine.
Always great Hawaiian BBQ, masubis were on point. Apple Fritter was a delicious little dessert we had never ordered before.

Keep the old food hidden underneath and mix when serving, dont know its really worth. Make sense to throw away so that we don't find few items that has been there all day long. I used to come here twice per week, but...no more.
