Good people but they don't pay attention to what you order. I don't know if they just don't have what they ordered in stock but they don't pay attention to what they make. They just make and give, not satisfy. The ambience is so bad, I felt unwelcome there.

Didn’t allow to use the rest room, just because I didn’t buy anything, that’s ridiculous, I use tu buy in different restaurants, but I just divide to stop only to use the bathroom and was refuse it

I just went to buy a burger at the Jack in the Box in Menlo Park and the chicken wasn't cooked. I had to throw away my sandwich.
