I really enjoyed this place over the years all though I missed the old owners the place has not seen much change in taste only thing that taste a lil different is there signature hot sauce it not bad it's really good but missing a lil something to make it taste like it used to! New owners are a lot nicer just to add

Expensive, decent portion size. I ordered bibimbap with beef which came out to nearly $30. I read that ownership has changed recently, the new owners are not Korean so do not expect any Korean BBQ dishes to be authentic.

I came here for the great reviews but was utterly disappointed. The food is all right but not amazing. But the price is too high for the portion they are selling. I got a short rib combo for $30. In San Mateo downtown I could get a bigger portion and better taste for just $15 and it’s not that far from here. The overall place also feels pretty old and there were some figures that I felt like I should avoid sitting at a table when I was there.The redeeming factor is the cashier is very friendly. It’s nice when the service is good but after all I’m here for the food.

Last time I was here was years ago. They changed ownership earlier this year.It's a very casual bbq place with some tables and benches. It's all ordered at the counter. I tried the bbq plate with hot links and pulled pork with a salad and garlic bread. You can get combo plates with different sides. They also have a lot of Korean bbq options from the original owners who were Korean.Overall a simple place with good bbq. I like their sauce which is sweet and a little tangy. Salad was fresh ingredients good. It's not necessarily a good place for a quick meal because it can take some time for your order and they get busy at lunchtime. I saw a lot of takeout orders.

Whoever gave this place a 1 start is completely wrong. I’ve come here at least once a week and the food in amazing. Pricy but the taste is totally worth it! The spicy pork specifically is always super tasty and juicy. The salad has a sweet/citrus dressing that works so well with the meat. The rice does have a different consistency but definitely not clay like. It’s still very good. Would highly recommend for anyone in the area.
