Wish I would've read the previous review about the chicken and waffles ahead of time, because they truly were disappointing. The waffle was decent, but the chicken were essentially 3 frozen Tyson chicken strips. Our server was also very short with us despite our patience and friendly demeanor. At one point she even seemed avoidant until we finally flagged her down to ask for syrup after waiting 20 mins.

I arrived to pick up the order, the manager treats you like a beggar, what a disgusting thing.They should take a customer service course and perhaps fire them, where there is human warmth to serve them. Disappointing.

Don't get the chicken and waffles. Worst chicken and waffles ever, so disappointing for the price. French toast was fine. The person taking our order was alright, but felt stressed. I also heard one of the guys picking up dishes from tables complaining about their colleagues not helping. Makes me want to skip Stacks next time I want brunch.
We used to get excited about going to this restaurant, mainly for the huge raisin walnut pancakes, which were delicious and we split. We also split a full breakfast which was more than adequate for us. On a recent trip there we ordered our usual and were served a pancake half the size with very little filling and were so disappointed. The same for the main breakfast (portions much less). We have not gone back. We looked around and noted most of the pancakes were now smaller.

Not the greatest place if you are a person of color, my boyfriend and I waited at-least twenty to twenty five minutes and we had to ask to be serviced. Other people that were not colored were service and we were here before. Not worth the hype about this place. Food arrived cold and servers were rude. I felt discriminated against just by my appearance and the atmosphere.

Waffle tasted like one of those ones you make yourself from batter in a hotel breakfast buffet. The meal did not look or taste appetizing. I was surprised this place is so well rated because that was not our experience. The cappucino and latte were good, hence the 2 stars. Vibe is like a diner style huge menu, think Dennys or IHOP.
