You can’t go wrong with Starbucks, and this store is no exception. Exactly what you would expect from any other Starbucks location. One thing I would warn you about though is that the local middle school seems to get out around 3, so expect their to be quite a long wait for your order if you plan to go at this time! That and middle school kids roaming around with their friends. Most of the time, this isn’t a big deal, and it’s just good ol’ Starbucks.

Busy Starbucks right on the main drag of Menlo Park. Everyone is getting their coffees on a weekday morning, a little before 8 am. We put in an online order and picked up our drinks. My co-worker got a breakfast sandwich too. My tall mocha, no whip was great. Lots of online orders, waiting to be picked up. No complaints.

I've been to this place 3 times. Out of the 3 times I came, one of those times I was about to enter and two employees said I could not enter the store and that is was temporarily closed at the time because something that was going on inside. Sounded like a personal staff issue (safety reasons) is what they kind of mentioned to me. I had to drive down to Sharon Heights Plaza to grab coffee from that Starbucks. Other than that, the other two times I was able to grab a hot drink, I was happy with my order. Store is clean and items look restocked. Parking is a little small but manageable.

I think she's the manager she has super long blonde hair she is the sweetest and has amazing customer service I always get a long complicated custom drink and she doesn't mind it unlike other baristas who give me attitude and an eye roll at Sharon park Starbucks she is so wonderful and welcoming makes you want to come back to this one all the time

Low traffic, pleasant clientele. Outside seating. I prefer the side asking the smaller street and face south to are the trees instead of the traffic.

if I could give them a negative star, I would I phoned they hung up. ordered on the website prepaid quiet time of day quiet day of the week. No excuse we have lived here for four generations. I've been treated like dirt by the store many times. Upon arrival after greeting the 4 employees with no customers, added a tip cash to be polite and helpful my pre-ordered item was dumped cold rudely on the counter far away for me I am the only customerAfter the young male large employee knocked over my drink, I was not near it I requested assistance to bag it, so I would not drop it on the floor wants to be packed to go I said please, can you give me a bag any assistance? I'm parked in the front door. they laugh and sneered, it was funny because I'm disabled I have a small well labeled legal assistant, dog, I requested to come in, and they said yes, they would love to see my dog. This was the girl outside in the parking lot who apparently did not understand. They are insane psychotic illegal. I was refused they walked away. I have a disability dog who is legally certified. I have been disabled for 16 years. How can you treat people like this it was prepaid nothing that they had to do. as we have work for 60 years, our private business owned by us I will do everything for him to wash their hands. I will further never go to that store again. I felt like they were going to spit on me. I am a college educated well-dressed perfectly normal person. I am employed well groomed, polite, and there is no excuse for this behavior. It stinks don't go there or you will get sick. They probably spit in your drink never go there. It's filthy.

We have stopped there for a cup of coffee. As of at every store in US, here also they have provision for emergency relief of nature calls.I like the place in general.

Always a mess of coffee cups out front, and ugly leaking planters. Some good coffee, but no one feels it's their job to clean up a mess, inside or out. An eyesore.
One of the dirtier, slower Starbucks...usually takes longer than it should. The only reason I use Starbucks instead of local coffee shops is if I want to use the order ahead app...but this place is always 5-10 min longer than the app estimates. Better to go to the Starbucks at Sharon Heights or one of the local mom and pop coffee shops.
